«This was a beautiful home and very spacious. The location was nice and convenient to everything. The chairs and barstools were loose and needed to be tighten. Also, the water doesn't stay hot long, even when no-one else was using it. Other than those two things, everything was great. House was well stocked with all necessities, which was new for me because other homes ive rented.»

«I was pretty impressed in with the house. Very pretty. Photos don’t do it justice! Really nice views, great dock and private. Kids loved the Pac Man machine. The kitchen was large and had everything we needed. I felt comfortable with the kids in the back because it is fenced in. There was a nice sitting area that was very relaxing. Communication was easy. 5 stars! Will come back. »

Front steps in the yard and front steps into the house would be an issue for anyone with mobility issues. Located in urban neighborhood not far from down town . »

«We booked this stay within 24 hrs of arrival due to bad weather changing our family get together plans. Our host was excellent at communicating and helped make our weekend a success. It’s not easy finding a stay that is big enough to accommodate our group with the perfect combo of bedrooms and beds. The beds were super comfortable and the entire house has everything plus some that you could need! Highly recommend!»

«Spacious, great location, easy check-in, great host. The only area of concern would be the exit of the driveway due to traffic yet there is room within the drive area to maneuver allowing to drive out. Overall great experience and highly recommended!!!!»

«Our family, 4 adults and 2 kids, have spent 4 nights in this property for Christmas holiday. Location is perfect! Less than 10 min of walk to almost everywhere including restaurants. It's a bit small for 6 people if you are not willing to share beds. The owner was nice and easy to communicate to. Street parking could be busy depend on the time of the day, but much safer than I thought. Also because of the good location, we didn't have to drive for most of our stay. Cleanliness was below ...

«Unfortunately we did not get to stay at this apparently lovely home. We had a freak ice storm that grounded us. My review is on my interaction with the owner. He was always responsive! AND given he had no reason to work with us, he was fair with the lost rental. We are replanning our trip and hope the home is available when we get everything reset. It was going to be the perfect space for our crew! »

«I was happily surprised by this hotel. The price for staying at this hotel, in the middle of downtown Memphis was very low and so were my expectations. What met me here was a huge hotel room with great comfort, a very clean bathroom with tub / shower, and a tv with more channels than I could switch through.
