«This was an amazing location to downtown Atlanta and all the attractions we wanted to visit during our stay. Not to mention Samantha was a great host with excellent communication. The property was very safe, neat, and secure. It was a family vacation and I felt very comfortable with my family being in the neighborhood as well. Highly recommended!»

«The place was fine. Needs some attention, and had lots of minor things (needed towels, toilet paper, ant killer, heat) and owner was very responsive, though still waiting on refund that we didn’t receive. It served its purpose, and typically you wouldn’t need heat in Atlanta but one night the house hvac was at 56 degrees. This was during a snow storm so again, we know that’s usual. The owner seemed to be very responsive and helpful but once he took care of it, he never gave refund. »

«The home is lovely when you walk in the door. It is small with an unusual layout but the owners made very good use of the space. Bedrooms are comfy. Nice den to watch tv, good kitchen, love the chill room full of pillows where you can just relax. There's also a deck out back. The outdoor furniture needed a good cleaning, but we were there really early in the spring so they probably hadn't gotten around ot cleaning yet. Driveway is extremely narrow and in rough shape. Not the best ...

«My brother booked this home for my family and a couple of friends to stay at for my 21st birthday celebration weekend. The house was clean, spacious and conveniently located to downtown. The property manager was quick to respond when we’d text or call. We appreciate the 11AM checkout. One suggestion would be to put the checkout instructions in a visible location. Baby sis had a TIME!!! »

«we stayed in this house to visit our son at scad. it’s was an easy 1-mile walk to campus and a great neighborhood to run in. the house itself had space for 2-4 more people* and was stylishly decorated and had everything we needed. (we may be back with a bigger group next time!) the neighborhood was quiet too, we enjoyed seeing neighbors walking dogs by throughout the weekend.*the little keurig barely kept up up with 2 of us, but other than that minor thing we had no complaints! »
