«Definitely met our expectations! Thanks for a great stay!! Pat and Kaleen were very responsive owners. The house was clean and cozy with tons of cute details. Plenty of space for our group with 5 adults, 2 kids and 2 dogs. So easy to get over to Cranmore for skiing. Kids loved the pac man game. And plenty of other board games to keep them entertained. »

«We had issues with our reservation via Expedia but the owner of Huttopia gave us a perfect service to solve the issue. The site and the cabin was perfectly maintain and it was really intimate because of the low season!»

«Richard was the ultimate host. Responsive and accommodating. There was a last minute issue with the original unit we reserved and Richard notified us ASAP with a detailed explanation. He then proceeded to move us to the other unit without even asking, which had amazing views of Cranmore mountain. The unit was clean, quiet and in an excellent, centralized location to skiing, shopping and restaurants. We were very pleased with our stay and will be looking into booking again for next year’s trip.»

The location is a short drive from Cranmore, Black, Wildcat, Storyland, etc., and is in a quiet area with no nighttime shenanigans, which was appreciated after a long day skiing. Check in and check out were easy, and the overall experience was excellent. If you've got a larger group/family, rent both units!»

«A great time was had by our three generations at our Christmas to New Year’s rental week 2024. While we have rented in North Conway each December, this was our first time in the same house for back-to-back years! We had ages from 2 to 64 in our 3 generations and everyone had a great time. The house was clean and well provisioned. We had plenty of room for our 3 couples and 3 children under age 6. The beds were comfy and we especially loved the gas fireplace for heat and ambiance. «Very clean and well organized. Comfortable beds. Kids loved all the board games.Only complaint is that the heating system is very close to two of the bedrooms so was loud and inconsistent at night. This is definitely priced into the rent because the place was very reasonably priced.»

«The view was great. It was quiet and is a terrific location for traveling the area for hiking and leaf viewing. The place is like a rustic lake cabin. Dont expect modern finishes or furniture. Clean overall but some carpet stains. Really think they should tell you on the listing that you have to provide your own sheets and towels. I happened to see someone mention it in a review and checked with the owner ahead of our stay. Would hate to arrive after long journey and not have them.»

«This is our second year in a row - and our third time overall - staying at this home for our annual family ski trip to King Pine. We love the open floor plan of the main floor that allows us to be in the kitchen but still able to be with everyone else. Bring toilet paper and paper towels if you’ll be staying more than a night or two. The hosts are wonderful and communication was excellent. We’re looking forward to staying again!»

«Cute little spot. We slept 4 comfortably (2 bedrooms). Bathroom is small, but it was expected. Thermostat-controlled gas wood stove is a nice touch. Living room is nice to have. Great value!»

«We were visiting NH for only a day and was lucky enough to stumble upon this place! The host was very communicative, and everything was top notch! Very close to many mountains. Food locally was AMAZING. The hot tub and game room were great. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!»
