«We stayed for a Birthday weekend for my Husband. It is close to everything and nice quiet neighborhood. The Renters in the basement are quiet and we hardly knew they were there. This home is clean and cozy. »

«The view was great. It was quiet and is a terrific location for traveling the area for hiking and leaf viewing. The place is like a rustic lake cabin. Dont expect modern finishes or furniture. Clean overall but some carpet stains. Really think they should tell you on the listing that you have to provide your own sheets and towels. I happened to see someone mention it in a review and checked with the owner ahead of our stay. Would hate to arrive after long journey and not have them.»

«If your idea of a weekend in NH leaf peeping is a quaint rustic cottage, this is it, with all creature comforts provided. Close to North Conway/Jackson Village attractions but out of the way of the hustle and bustle. This is definitely on our list for next year.»

«Our family of 4 stayed at the Abbott Brook in the Chalet B and it was the perfect place to stay. The chalet was well stocked, clean and very cute. The host Richard was fantastic to work with as his responses were quick and pleasant. The location is perfect for those wanting to go to Cranmore Mountain and visit North Conways main drag. We would definitely stay here again. »

«It was so quiet and homelike and very quaint. Bathrooms were kind of small, but they worked and that's what counts. Mycareg it was broken, but I reported it to maintenance on my way out. I would definitely rent a cottage again -, i woul definitely recommend thus property.»

«From the very first trip. To now our 4th visit. Our closest friends and family have rented this home and every time it never disappoints. If you are looking to be off the grid and have the amenities of a hotel, but also be close to a major town if needing something. Look no further. This is the home you should rent. The best!»
