2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, Villa, (Sleeps 6)

Our Villa is at the front of the Beachwalk neighborhood (#107), which has the best and quickest beach access of any condo complexes in the Shipyard community. It’s only a short (5 minute) tree-shaded walk along the beach path to the Shipyard Beach Club and to the Atlantic Ocean. It is across the street from the Sonesta Beach Resort, the Van der Meer Tennis Center, and 27 holes of championship golf. It’s just a short walk to the Beachwalk community pool. Shipyard has two gated entrances providing quick access to everything on the island. Your booking includes a Shipyard Gate pass. An additional pass is available for a $25 fee, just ask at your time of booking.

This one level, first floor open concept living/dining area is perfect for gathering and relaxing. Dine inside or out on the elevated deck overlooking the lagoon and glimpses of the golf course. The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, and private bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and flat screen TV. The second full bathroom is off of the hallway.
Plus, your pup is welcome to join you!

Two Thumbs & Four Paws Up!
My parents, as well as my boyfriend, and our two dogs, and I stayed at Cliff's condo for a long weekend. From booking through check-out, communication with Cliff was absolutely top-notch. The condo is exactly as pictured and is very spacious - we never felt the least bit cramped. We had everything needed to be comfortable, including extra pillows, blankets, and enough kitchen utensils and supplies. The neighborhood is actually a gated community that contains a golf course and tennis club. There are also multiple bike and walking paths. Unfortunately, we did not get to enjoy any of these due to the cold and rainy weather. (But that is just a great excuse to return!) It is very quiet, and within proximity to many restaurants, stores, etc. You may want to bring a flashlight, if you plan to arrive in the evening, or are bringing dogs that will need to walk after dark, as there is very little lighting around the complex. If you are considering booking this condo, don't hesitate! Two thumbs and four paws up!

Great spot close to beach!
This is a great villa - 5 minute walk to the beach can’t be beat!! Shipyard is a great spot - very peaceful, beautiful bike paths, tennis, golf and the beach - what more can you ask for! Beachwalk has a pool as well. Communication with Cliff was great - he made the whole process super easy. Comfortable and great open floor plan unit. Highly recommend.

All the In-Laws
Nice woodsy community. Quiet and dog friendly. Two private rooms, with comfy beds and lots of extra blankets - excellent stay. Owner was super on top of everything and very responsive. There was plenty of seating and well supplied kitchen. I initially chose this place for the close walk to the beach but HHI has so much to offer and we a fun filled packed week that we never walked the two minutes to the ocean but we did hear the waves roaring a few mornings and evenings. Thank you Cliff!

We enjoyed our stay in this Beachwalk condo. Cliff was very helpful and very responsive to any questions we had. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed. It was a short walk to the beautiful beach! If we are ever in Hilton Head again we would definitely consider staying here again

Lovely Fall Break!
We love thw Beachwalk community. Iteasily accessible to the beach, close to the Sonesta for restaurants and spa, and Shipyard in general is an ideal middle Island location. The unit we stayed in was beautiful, with spacious rooms and lots of windows. Big bathrooms and a well stocked kitchen. We will definitely stay there again! In fact, we asked the owner for an extra night or two but they were already booked.

Great week in a wonderful location
We brought two dogs with us. The condo was PERFECT for bringing pets. It was tucked back in a private area so the dogs did not hear a lot of noise outside. It also was very close to the beach, the pool and the walking trail. There was green space to walk the dogs and bags available all over the beachwalk area even though we did come well prepared. We are hoping to visit again next year!

Great communication
We have stayed at Beachwalk, at least five times. So appreciative to really have a place that is walkable to the beach. This condo is well furnished, plenty of space. Although not mentioned in the description of property, there were beach, chairs, and umbrella, a beach buggy, even a dog crate. It would’ve been nice to know those things were there rather than us lugging all of that along with us. The host was so quick to respond with all my different questions.

Nice property, first floor with deck. The property manager is very responsive and helpful. The last day of our stay the AC decided to stop working, so Cliff arranged the repair crew to come at 8 am in the morning and everything was fixed. Definitely planning on coming back next year.

I was pleased with the setting once I realized the lay of the land. I guess I was more inline thinking this was handicapped, stairs. My sister is handicapped , but we made it through. The only thong I need to be honest, the couch is stinky, I was going to get comfortable and watch a movie and I just couldn't sit there, get rid of couch put in pleather! I love ❤️ the area, I was able to unwind and relax there! Thankyou

Conference Stay

Our great winter getaway
We are from Chicago and recently retired, and sought warmer climes for a couple of weeks in late January/early February. This unit fit the bill. Cliff is wonderful to work with and extremely attentive. We loved the "short shaded walk" to the beach, and took long walks there every day. The location is perfect for that and just for getting around in general. The unit is clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a beautiful outdoor area. We also thought it was well-furnished and appointed. We would definitely return, both at wintertime and in the summer with family in tow.
