«Couldn’t get into one of the rooms shown but I think the door was swollen, decent sized place right off of downtown, easy parking and access. Will be staying again come spring. Only real issue was I couldn’t get the thermostat to work, it only went to AC not heat (I don’t believe there was AC in the home? «It was the absolute worst stay I've ever had. I've rented 50 plus houses and this was terrible!!! Vacausa is terrible at fixing broken things in a house, they just want your money. It started out with the hot water breaking the first night. We called and emailed and were told it was going to be fixed. Of course it wasn't. The next night the heat broke and of course never fixed. Avoid vacausa like the plague!!! If I could.give them a 0 rating I would!!!»

«We had a lovely stay at this cottage. It was very close to the Lodge at Harrisburg Lake where our extended family had a reunion. The Cottage gave us a quiet space for our family to stay, while still being close to the action. The lake is quiet and lovely, and just a short walk down the road. The incline to the lake is steep, and too difficult for anyone with ambulatory issues. Not everyone at the reunion could enjoy the lake. That is just something to keep in mind here.
