Your Hay-on-Wye retreat begins with us. - A Retreat in Wales' Black Mountains - Hazelbrae offers luxury self-catering for up to 6 guests. - There is a well-equipped oak kitchen with range cooker & all you could need. - Dining room with seating for 6 and games too. - Cosy living room, Smart TV, wood-burning logburner, convertible sofa bed, ground-floor shower and toilet. - Safely fenced patio court, parking for cars, tiered lawn with countryside views. - Included: electricity, gas heating, Wi-Fi, towels, bed linen. - Stone patio, wooden stairs to outdoor space with washing line. - Nearby community playground. - Parking space between cottage and wall, front of house, or down the road. - Discretion with roaming dogs in the garden, garden/patio security may vary. Access to the entire property at Hazelbrae: - Cosy living room with seating, Smart TV, wood-burning stove. - Spacious dining room, seats six, charming oak table. - Modern well-equipped kitchen: Range style cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher. - Three bedrooms: two king-size w/ wardrobes, one smaller twin. - Family bathroom on top floor w/ toilet, ground floor shower w/ toilet. - Patio court w/ outdoor table for outdoor relaxation. - Washing line can be found up the stairs on the patio. - Elevated garden area after 2 sets of stairs w/ countryside views. - Designated parking: one or two cars, more parking available. - Note: Some outdoor areas have steep steps; elevated garden less accessible for mobility challenges. - Dog owners: Outdoor spaces may not be secure for unattended dogs. Tight Spaces: Please be aware that the Parking Space between Our Cottage and a Neighbouring Stone Wall might Feel Tight. If you prefer, You can also Park Further Down the Road Next to the Pavement on the Right-Hand Side. LOCAL CONVENIENCE Public Transport: Local Buses offer a Convenient Way to Explore Further Afield. Village Amenities: The Charming Village of Cusop and Nearby Hay-on-Wye Town Centre are Easily Accessible on Foot, making Grocery Shopping and Local Eateries a Pleasure to Visit.
