«The room was large, clean and well equipped—comfortable mattress and pillows, 2 luggage racks, refrigerator, large countertop cabinet that had a desk chair and drawers, window AC, louvre windows, gorgeous ceiling fan. «We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Very convenient. Easy walking distance to multiple grocery stores and restaurants and a small sandy beach in Kailua-Kona. Nice pool, free morning coffee. The free water statiom to refill our water bottles was super handy as well. There are free bikes to rent which we werent able tk take advantage of. Our cards kept on getting demagentized daily which was a pain but they easily gave us new ones. As for the room it was pretty basic but clean. We stayed ...

«Great location, close to restaurants, shops, beach and by the ocean. Enjoyed watching the waves come crashing in from the restaurant. The concierges were super helpful in finding cool trips and activities. »

«We had a great day. The staff was very friendly and welcoming when we arrived just before midnight. They assisted us in finding parking even though no stalls were available. They even offered us water when we were thirsty after a long trip. We’ll definitely stay here again. Very close to the waterfront, tons of shops and a beautiful walk.»

«The rooms could use a little upgrade. There should be more chairs in the shade for free. All the good chairs are reserved. You shouldn’t have to pay for a shaded seat. For the cost of the room, you should get snorkel equipment for more than one hour. Other than that, I loved the property. Staff was excellent and the dining was great too. »
