«Great property with fantastic views Our main issue was poor wifi which did not work at all in 2 bedrooms occupied by our teenage daughters A few pointers to improve the property Exhaust fans in the bathrooms ineffective so they steam up entire bathroom - this caused the fire alarm to go off. Tissue boxes would be appreciated and a lock on the main bedroom door would also be a good idea»

«This i a great place centrally located in Rotorua. Before arrival we were advised that the elevator had broken down and were given the option to move to another accommodation, but decided to try it out. I think it's a very good service that they notify in advance (we have experienced the opposite) and they also had people there to help us with the luggage when we arrived.
