«Had a wonderful stay at Elaine's super clean cottage. Elaine is lovely, such a kind host. The place was ideal for myself and my daughter, great location, quiet and peaceful, with parking right outside. The king bed in the master bedroom was perfect and the single bed in the other bedroom was also comfortable. The bathroom had a shower over the bath, which had great water pressure and plentiful hot water. Everything we needed to make a meal was included in the kitchen, plenty of cupboard space, ...

«The apartment was just as grand as the photos show. Nothing was overlooked and all very grand and opulent. The hosts have thought of everything to a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of glasses and crockery etc. Probably not child friendly with steep stairs leading up to the property and lots of low level delicate stained glass windows and internal glass doors. 'The kitchen lacked tea towels; pot-holder/over mit; salad bowl; salad tongs; sharp knives for food preparation; mixing bowl; serving bowls; full-size casserole for oven; potato peeler and pitcher for serving beverages at the table. «The property is a short drive from Glasgow city centre, and close to the Fort Shopping centre- walking distance- which has all amenities. It is on a busy bus route, and they pass frequently at all times of the day. It is a good base, if you are exploring. It is ideal for a family, however it is a very small property for 8 people and the parking is for 2 small cars. The property was very clean and we had excellent communication with the owners.»

«A home from home. The house was everything we’d expected and more. Everything but clothes and food was catered for. The kitchen didn’t lack a thing. Every utensil, pan and tableware you could think off. The washing machine and all the detergents made it so easy to keep on top of our washing without bringing it all home with us. Being able to bring our family pet was a huge selling point also and I’m sure had the weather been better we would of enjoyed the garden and BBQ too. Our host was on ...

«We loved our stay - the apartment was finished to a really high standard, e.g. smart desk, sky TV, boiling water tap. This meant we enjoyed hanging out in the apartment (and even cooked dinner in one night because we wanted to spend more time there). We loved the eggs and bread for breakfast too! The area is perfect - so many great food, drink and shopping options. We loved The Ben Nevis (especially their trad nights) for drinks and Five March for dinner. »
