The main level features a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a full-size refrigerator, range, dishwasher, and more. Outside, you'll find a charcoal grill, perfect for cooking up your catch of the day. And for added convenience, there is a laundry closet with a washer and dryer.

At AOK's Oasis, you'll have access to both covered and uncovered parking for cars, RVs, and boats - all for free! And with its prime location, only 18 miles from the center of Gulf Shores, you'll have easy access to all the best dining, entertainment, and shopping attractions. Enjoy the world-famous white sand beaches, go fishing, explore nature trails in Gulf Shores State Park, or experience thrilling rides at OWA amusement park.

Guests must be at least 25 years old to reserve this home and must be present during the entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. And for added convenience, we'll send you entry codes on the day of your arrival.

Only one dog (maximum weight of 40 pounds) is allowed per unit with prior approval and a pet fee. Plus, this is a non-smoking rental, so please refrain from smoking inside or on the property. Please note, there are stairs in the unit, making it non-wheelchair accessible.

Good location
Great location right on the beach, some little things like bathroom vanity mirror lights missing, blinds that could be replaced, but it was clean and cozy and pet friendly with no hassle at check in or check out. Property manager was very responsive. Would consider staying here again.

Paradise found!
This beautiful property has most definitely been updated with comfort and beauty in mind! As welcoming as this beach paradise is, the true awe is opening the door and being face to face with glorious sunrises, beautiful sunsets, and the sounds and smells of the gorgeous ocean and welcome breezes greeting you as you sit on your private balcony ready to start you day and wrap up into the evening! Nice house and nice location
House and location were perfect for our needs. Only real issues were neighbors leaving their dog alone and having to listen to it barking constantly. Also all table lamps missing bulbs so we had to purchase bulbs.

Right on the ocean
We stayed for the month of November, this is the first time we’ve stay directly on the ocean and this is the only way to go, just beautiful and relaxing. Fort Morgan beach is away from all the crowds like they have in Gulf Shores and only 1/2 hour from all the main restaurants and stores, there is a dollar general 10-15 minutes away if you need quick supplies. Our granddaughters (7&9) stayed with us for a week and had a blast! We would stay here again in a heartbeat if the price was right! 😊

Run down inside, so many broken blinds & carpet dirty, many burnt out light bulbs
The location of the property is so good but the inside of the house was just pitiful. Although the lower level of the house was newer looking, the cheap plastic blinds were broken/ cracked so the view outside was even ruined by the previously damaged blinds and the grimy/ dirty door frames. All easily & inexpensive repairs so then it just seemed that more pathetic. The master bedroom had severe window leaks, smallish holes in the walls, and a moldy shower curtain. The 2nd bedroom had even bigger holes in the walls & super saggy mattress that was lumpy plus small dark black hairs were already on the sheets upon check in- I rewashed the linen ( which was poor quality) before I slept there. The blinds that were seen from the gulf side were again so damaged. Poor cleanliness including several kitchen items with dried food. I honestly think we left the house nearly as clean as when we arrived. Btw- we rent homes several times a year both in USA and internationally & are typically very pleased with properties. I have photos if interested.

The Edge of Heaven Earth and Sea
Absolutely loved our stay and absolutely loved the location and access to the beach and how this area is not super busy and over crowded with regard to the beach! Only complaint is the dishwasher didn’t work very well and we had to hand wash most of our dishes before use.

Great location
Property management is super responsive and helpful. Our stay was great. The house was super cute and spacious. I love having all of the bedrooms upstairs as well as showers with the half bath being downstairs. The open floor plan made it roomy for all of us. The view is great and the backyard is the beach. You cannot get any better than that! Loved our stay and would definitely recommend this property!

Overall a nice place to stay, except for the smell!
This is a nice place with a great location. Unfortunately the condo smells very musty and like wet dog, especially the stairway to the 2nd floor. When we first got there, we thought the cleaning crew had used products with an unusual scent, but as the week went on, the underlying smell that was somewhat masked by the cleaning just worsened. Otherwise it is a nice place that met the rest of our expectations. The other issue is the hose attached to the outside shower has a large hole in it.
