«There was a fire alarm situation and the clerk was telling everyone it’s ok to go up to our rooms without having had the fire department clear the hotel. On top of that I asked 4 times from the day I checked in for a shower chair, for a room that was accessible, the chair should be offered at check in or already in the bathroom. The one time I asked the clerk said’ it’s kinda hectic right now. »

«After seeing mixed reviews, I was a little bit nervous for my stay here. I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel and the staff. The hotel is modern, clean and well kept. Our room was ready when we arrived. On the weekend we were able to street park for free which was awesome. We didn’t use the facilities or visit the restaurant so cannot comment on them. But there were nearby bars and coffee shops that we enjoyed which were within a few minute walk. And we were able to both walk to the Arena as ...

«Overall stay was great. The only complaint is that the tissues in the washroom were wet. Called for a new tissue box, but never received it. »
