«The hotel was very comfortable and central to everything. Since it is off season, they didn't have housekeeping in for a couple of days, but I'm sure it's better when in season. The staff were friendly and helpful! The room was nice and comfortable! »

«The location is great, walkable to downtown. The Inn is quiet, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were very good, something for everyone. We have stayed two times and expect to be back. »

«Guess what? I literally never stayed in the hotel. I didn't even breathe any of the atmosphere that was anywhere close to the hotel. Why the five stars? Because the customer service from Christopher at the front desk was the most top notch intergalactic experience from a place that I literally never stayed.. «Quimby House is a charming hotel in Bar Harbor. Only a short walk from the town center. The room I got had a very different style from the usual sterile look of the typical hotel. I had some issues with the WiFi and the plumbing could use some TLC but all in all an enjoyable stay. Please note that the hotel has three floors and no elevator!»

«The included breakfast was so good and highly recommended. There was an electrical outlet in the bathroom that didn’t work. Also, not sure if it was us, but we couldn’t get the door to lock. However, for the location, cleanliness. We would stay here again. I might recommend a bigger refrigerator since we did have leftovers and they didn’t always fit in the fridge. »
