«Room was clean & well appointed. However, thermostat did not work properly. After a service call, it improved but required getting up several times through the night to reset (from 72). While flip-over deadbolt worked great, the actual deadbolt did not engage at all.»

«We had a one off "loud" emergency announcement that required us to vacate the premises at 7 am in the morning. We had to walk down 12 flights of stairs into the cold, only to be told that is was a false alarm. A rough way to be woken up. Other than that, we really enjoyed the beautiful suite. »

«Easily one of my favorite resorts to go to and we don't even ski. The rooms are spacious and convenient with a kitchenette. The beds are unreal comfortable with large plush marshmallow like pillows. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The spa is second to none with one of the best massages I've ever had and amenities everywhere you look. «Our stay was wonderful. I wanted a room with a kitchen because we had some early morning games for one of my kids and some restaurants wouldn't be open early enough, plus, having the kitchen made things more relaxing, which is a plus as a parent. «We love The Ridge. Have been coming since 1988. Would recommend for families. This particular location was great. The power in the bathroom went out our last day, but it was just the toilet/shower area so it wasn't a big deal to work around it. The both hot tubs in the building were not working and it looked like the out of service sign had been there for a while. So expect to trudge to another building if you want to go in a hot tub. »

«Check in was hard. No one was at the desk, so they gave you instructions over the phone to get your key from an open box behind the desk (not very secure) and took me a min to find it. Also, someone came to my room at 8 PM to "turn on the fireplace" (I did not have a fireplace). When I called to report it, the receptionist said, "oh yeah, the heat is off, and they are going around fixing it". A little warning would have been nice.
