«Owner has done a terrific job upgrading an old house to create a very cozy and sophisticated apartment. 7 minutes into downtown. The place was immaculate, and everything worked. Great bed! 3 minor issues: 1. the front steps challenged us, but we are 78 and 82. 2. The bathroom has a great shower, with plenty of hot water, but the toilet is very low (again we are still 78 and 82), and the bathroom is very snug. 3. The closet needs a pole to hang clothes.
