«We have a great time, altho a short visit and will definitely return at a later date. The only things I would suggest is, the toilets are very low, great for a kid or short person, but for older people, perhaps with knee issues, getting onto the toilet was a task. I would suggest a riser be offered for older folks. Also the menu in the restaurant could be a bit more varied, not the same foods every day. Otherwise, well done.»

«I stayed 14 days here. The definition of service is unknown at this hotel and in Grand Bahamas in general. Check in took 10 minutes, without any que or any abnormalities, they are just slow. Breakfast is poor. There are no greens or salads and the juice is this fake concentrate stuff. Cleanliness is so so, my room had ants every morning. The hotel restaurant Sabor has ok food but you should not be hungry when you go there. It takes 45-60 min. On average from ordering until you get the appetizer. ...

«The consistent perfect scores on this property are a testament to the accurate description. As described, it is a beautiful setting, and it is secluded. The beach is literally steps from the door, and it stretches for miles. This is a rare find. «The condo was perfect! I would definitely stay there again, however the property needs some tlc. The gym smelled of mold and the equipment was dusty. The outside area overlooking the balcony had quite a few broken lounge chairs and hammock pile up under a tree. It was not a pleasant sight. Everything else was great. No complaints about the room. It was a bit quiet but it didn't bother me at all. »
