«We have a great time, altho a short visit and will definitely return at a later date. The only things I would suggest is, the toilets are very low, great for a kid or short person, but for older people, perhaps with knee issues, getting onto the toilet was a task. I would suggest a riser be offered for older folks. Also the menu in the restaurant could be a bit more varied, not the same foods every day. Otherwise, well done.»

«I stayed 14 days here. The definition of service is unknown at this hotel and in Grand Bahamas in general. Check in took 10 minutes, without any que or any abnormalities, they are just slow. Breakfast is poor. There are no greens or salads and the juice is this fake concentrate stuff. Cleanliness is so so, my room had ants every morning. The hotel restaurant Sabor has ok food but you should not be hungry when you go there. It takes 45-60 min. On average from ordering until you get the appetizer. ...
