Room were well furnished, excellent kitchen, bathrooms, while small, they were modern with an excellent shower. Lots of onsite activities, pool table, ping pong tables, pickleball court and gas grill (very clean).All three generations had an amazing time.

This place was awesome! From the moment we walked in the front door, the house was clean, light and bright and inviting. There was soft music playing from the TV that made it feel like we were walking into a quiet and serene spa environment. The house was very open and accommodated our full house of 4 adults and 7 kids perfectly. The table was big enough for all of us to sit together and enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinners. The open area living room was spacious enough for us to all sit together on the couch and have movie nights or karaoke competitions! I brought my boat and Kevin went above and beyond to ensure the dock was prepped and ready as well as answering all my questions regarding the boat ramp and public ramps in the area. Above and beyond for sure! We had a wonderful weekend and will definitely return for future visits!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! We had such a great time enjoying all the amenities-from playing pickleball to spirited games of ping pong and pool. The beds were comfortable, and the house stayed cool throughout our visit, which made relaxing that much easier. There was no shortage of things to explore in town and the neighborhood itself was peaceful and quiet. We would recommend this home to families looking for a fun, comfortable, and memorable getaway.

Second stay!

Our second stay, and it was absolutely wonderful again! This house fits our family of 6 adults and 4 kids perfectly, even gives the young teenager a place of her own! We enjoyed playing pickleball, ping pong, pool, cornhole, fishing (and catching!), playing games inside and just relaxing! It’s in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, and there’s not a thing we needed that wasn’t there already. Kevin and Terrie are great hosts! Go enjoy this gem!

Had a small family reunion here and it was perfect. Amazing place to stay! Lots of room and activities to enjoy. Had a canal right in the backyard that was great for fishing. The owners were available and attentive to our questions and all the needs we had for our little getaway. Highly recommend!

Amazing Place for Family and Friends

This property was the perfect place for our family gathering. We had 10 adults and an infant. The home was beautifully decorated complete with all the extras! The beds were very comfortable. There was more than enough seating for everyone. You can walk in this home and have everything you need for an extended stay. I have stayed in a lot of vacation homes and this was by far the best. The host took great care in insuring that we had everything we needed for cooking and comfort. It was a very peaceful space with plenty of activities inside and out to keep us busy including pickle ball, ping pong, cornhole, games, pool, puzzles etc. The hosts were easy to work with and quick to respond. I highly recommend this home as a great place to stay. We will definitely rent tgis place again!

Our group was warmly greeted with lights on and music when we checked in. The house has an open floor plan that is perfect for gathering with friends or family. We spent many hours enjoying the large covered patio on the back of the house. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are stocked with towels, and the home is tastefully appointed. Our group is planning a return visit. The owners, Kevin and Teri, were lovely to work with!

Perfect for celebrations!

We had back to back celebrations this weekend (1 graduation and 1 birthday/baby reveal) and this place was perfect! There is plenty of parking (just don’t leave ruts, that’s rude!) and activities for the party guests. Those that stayed the night all slept comfortably. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked and I love how all the light switches are labeled! Kevin was super responsive to texts as well. This was perfect for our big weekend!

Such a cozy getaway

Our girls weekend getaway at the Cozy Cove was great! We were far enough away from the busyness but close enough to the square to shop! The pickle ball court was a bit under construction but we were still able to play on it! When we had a hot water issue it was promptly attended to!

Amazing Thanksgiving stay

Property and hosts were amazing! They knew we were having a family of 10 for Thanksgiving vacation. There wasn’t a thing we needed preparing our meal. Kitchen had all the dishes, pots, pans, mixer, crock pot, etc! We played pickle ball, pool, ping pong, chess, dominoes, and many more! Light switches were labeled, home was very well organized, and we had a wonderful time! Definitely recommend!

Pickleball Court

It met all our needs perfectly. The house is fully stocked with all bedding, bathroom, kitchen and coffee supplies you would need. Even some snacks in the kitchen. A few throw blankets in the living room too for cozying up to watch a very large TV. We were all 50 years plus and we were all very pleased with this house. If you have kids, plenty of games are inside and outside of the house.

Awesome location!

We loved our stay. When we arrived all the lights were on and it was very inviting. They had everything put out for us including coins for the pool table. There where snacks and the outdoor area was wonderful! We really enjoyed the pickleball court and the kayak. It was super clean and great for large groups. Would stay there again.

Super cute place in a quiet neighborhood

Property is so cute and has lots of cool amenities, including a pickleball court, ping pong and pool tables, not to mention the lake and boat ramp steps away. Hosts are fabulous, and the neighborhood is very peaceful. We enjoyed our stay tremendously!

3 Generation Getaway
