«This was the most fabulous house, we enjoyed an evening hosting APSU softball, our family was able to stay comfortable in the house, house was beautiful and even has a washer/dryer on both floors. It was amazing»

«The house was decorated for Christmas so that was a nice surprise. House is great and the views were pretty. Only thing that got tricky was when the guard would leave at 7 pm at the gate. It always took us 4-5 minutes to get through with ID’s and their system wasn’t working like the sign said. Other than that it was great»

«My father was supposed to join us on this trip, but passed away 10 days prior. We went and celebrated him. He would have loved sitting on the porch or in the pool watching his grandchildren swim, fish and play. The ambience was great. The house was clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back!»

«I agree with one of the other reviews - we do an annual girls trip and this is BY FAR the most rules of any short term rental we have ever booked! With the threat of security camera monitoring and photos from neighbors, the fear of accidentally breaking one of the rules did suck some of the fun out of our trip. We did love how much space this house has and with a group of 9 girls, having an en-suite bathroom in most of the bedrooms was awesome. Another review mentioned this - sadly there is not ...

«Photos are accurate. The home is very cute and nicely decorated. The 2 bedrooms are opposite ends of the home, with the family and living spaces between, so each couple is ensured adequate privacy.The kitchen has all the basic needs. The beds are really comfy. The back deck is large and comfortable. The home was spotless and in perfect order (with the minor exception of there being several light bulbs that were out) and our stay was very easy and comfortable.»

«Great little place that is set up very well. They make sure that you have everything you could possibly need for your stay. Great communication with the host. They went above and beyond on making our stay special with things they left for us. The place is dog friendly and they offered a crate, bed, and bowls and even left treats! Would highly recommend staying here. »

«My friends and I loved this place! It was very clean, very welcoming! As soon as we entered and walked around the property, we knew we should have booked an extra day. The bedrooms were all very spacious, and there was plenty of extra blankets and bedding for us all to get cozy :) We had a very relaxing weekend- the kitchen was a delight to use and the paddleboat was so, so fun!! »

«Just what we needed for a quick stay. We were unfamiliar with the area but the property felt homey and it was only 10 minutes away from the wedding we were attending. The hosts were very responsive, accommodating and added valentines decor to the home, which was a nice touch!The hosts stay right next door and they have a couple of dogs that come up to the shared fence. Didn't affect us but a little heads up for anyone bringing a pet.Thanks for a great stay!»
