«This rental experience was amazing! We were so surprised and completely overwhelmed with how amazing the property is. It is actually inside of an old historic church building. «These little cottages and the property they sit on are so clean and well thought out in design and location. We were able to walk to many of the places we wanted to visit which was so convenient. Inside the room, the design is inviting and luxurious while also feeling local and homey. Everything from the bed to the shower to the space was far superior to a hotel with prices being way more reasonable. We come down here often and will definitely be staying here again. »

«Very clean, great communication with property owner, quiet area, 15 minute drive to Port A, keypad to get in and out of the house, they even have dog food available for our dog (we didn’t use but was thoughtful), the pool was very clean, overall great experience, pictures show what the house really is. »

«Ive been working my tail off to take a break from all I have been dealing with at home. I had a fire and that stress alone has been awful. The trip to Texas to spend time on the beach was keeping me going strong. Im allergic to mosquitoes and got 12 bites just walking from the car to the VRBO rental. I was compensated less than half of my spending when canceled. Lesson learned with vrbo rentals. Thank you Marriott for salvaging my stay.»

«Great location, my wife and I were there for 5 nights.Had all the comforts of home, Rick made sure we had everything, walking distance to town and Gulf. would make one recommendation, to replace the shower head. lookingforward to coming back in the summer.»

«We'd visited Rockport in the summer, but never in the winter. The owner was very responsive throughout our trip, from booking to check-out. The house was spotless when we arrived, and we appreciated the welcome snacks. The kitchen was well-stocked with seasonings, pots, and utensils. We weren't sure if the heated pool would be worth it, but it definitely was! My family and I enjoyed watching the football games while relaxing in the pool.
