"I never stayed at the signature. I arrived quite late on a thursday night, and was greeted by a man who could inform me that they had given my room away (even though i had booked several months ago). For some reason they had forgotten to tell me (they had my info, because we had already previously texted on whatsapp). After realizing that they would lose quite a lot of money, since I had planned to stay for more than a week, I was told that the room wasn’t given away, but they were renovating it, but they had a temporary room for me at the embassy gardens. A grumpy guy came to check us in after half an hour of waiting there (we were told that the host would be waiting for us, and since these are appartments, and not a part of the hotel, the reseptionists didn’t know of us when we arrived). Now, Embassy Gardens is also a nice place (good security, clean, nice pool etc), but the room was clearly cheaper than the room i initally payed for, so i contacted the host and hotels.com to complain. After two/three days, we got a new room at the Lennox, where we stayed for the remaining of the stay. Now, that room was much better than the Embassy Gardens, and the host there, was very nice. I’m still very disppointed that I did not get the room/studio at the hotel i had initally booked, and very disappointed that I was not contacted before my arrival. I do believe I have payed more for these places than I should have, but all in all was pleased at the Lennox."
