«It is a ver family friendly hotel. The only downside was being able to hear everything. Of course, kids are very excited and loud at all times, but parents are also stressed and arguing. We enjoyed our time aside from how loud it was. »

«I’m renewed each year I come for a personal retreat hear. I loved hiking the trails in the winter because it’s not so crowded. The bathroom was starting to show aging. The shower cleaning wasn’t detailed so it required my supplies. I didn’t realize that woodland view means the trees around the parking lot. There also are no butterflies when it’s overcast. »

«The property and Club House were beautiful and filled with character and history. We enjoyed sunsets with cocktails and dinner at The Wharf restaurant. However, upon arrival the bell hop and front desk staff were not very welcoming or helpful. The bell hop did not give us directions to the front desk and the signage is not obvious so we had to wander a bit. When we came back to the car, the bell hop was less than eager to help us with the bags, so we just parked the car and took in our own ...

«Cloudland Property and staff were very good. Will not book through Expedia in the future however. Nothing but stress and issues due to inaccuracies in booking at the start then those inaccuracies showed up again on the last day. Expedia’s part in the process was awful. »

«Great property. They try hard to sell you a timeshare. I did the tour in exchange for discounted aquarium tickets and free valet parking. I was there for almost 3 hours. Looking back I probably wouldn’t have done that. We stayed in a 2 bed 2 bath room. It was wonderful. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We went for a concert, short walk to State Farm Arena, lots of police presence, which was comforting. Great view of Centennial Olympic Park. Short walk to attractions. ...

«We will definitely be back! Clean, modern, cozy accommodations in an awesome little resort. I had my two young kids sleep on the pullout couch, and they had plenty of room. Everything you could need for a vacation home is supplied and we cooked most meals there, which was fantastic. This host is amazing, she went above and beyond when we had a little crisis (car broke down).»

«I thought it was great, overall. Excellent amenities, great location, helpful staff, great gym. My only suggestion would be to add a digital tipping system for the valet. »

«We were in town for a volleyball tournament and this location was perfect. East access to the park. Safe sidewalks to walk to the venue. Plenty of space to allow for some down time in the room. Greatly enjoyed our stay and hope to stay again!»
