«Wonderful house in a perfect location to enjoy Savannah. Very very clean and wells stocked. Great communication from the owners. Some complain about road noise in the evenings but it’s really a non-issue. If you want perfect quiet then rent a house out in the country. Beds were comfortable and decent space for everyone in the family room. Would absolutely stay again.»

«This location is amazing for a large group. We walked all over beautiful Savannah and never needed an uber besides going to and from the airport. The large property is perfect for a big group because the main floor with kitchen has no bedrooms, so night owls and early risers never woke up anyone who was sleeping. Extremely clean and high quality beds and furniture. Absolutely loved, would recommend!!!»

«Our group of longtime friends chose the Sassy Peach Cottage as our destination this fall. The property was so well situated within the village, and it fit all of us with ease. We had three young children with us, and they absolutely loved the pool, the games and puzzles available for us to use, and the spiral staircase! If we return to St. Simon's in the future, we'll return to the Sassy Peach as well.»

«I really enjoyed my stay! The unit was very cute and I got very lucky with a view of the street. I was able to watch the Christmas parade from my window. There were some dirty spots like in the corners of the floors but overall was clean and comfortable. I loved being within walking distance from everywhere I wanted to go. The only troublesome thing was the parking situation. But the parking garage was only a 7 minute walk so it wasn’t too terrible.»

«One big trouble is the Trane A/C thermostat: I’m an engineer, and felt so frustrated that I can’t figure out how to make it work! The temperature was at 76 ~ 77 degrees for 3 days, the thermostat showed it was cooling, but the temperature wasn’t going down at all! One thing I learned from this trip: Never ever buy any Trane A/C! »
