«The property was updated with plenty of space for the whole family. Great location, close to everything, but in a quiet neighborhood. Hosts were easy to communicate with. Check out was the very simple, which was appreciated for our large group.»

«Location was perfect. Quiet neighborhood. House was very cute. In fair shape for the age of the home. Everything was described exactly as listed. We had an issue with the A/C. Didn’t work the first day. Called maintenance on day 2. The unit was frozen. They brought us a portable unit and had someone come out to service the system at 6pm but it still wasn’t cooling. The portable unit got us through the night. However we were extremely hot for 2 days. »

«All the 10 star ratings are right! Big, comfortable, beautifully finished and decorated with everything we needed for a two month stay. Quiet, friendly walkable neighborhood. 25 minute drive to everything in Savannah and only 30 minutes to Tybee Island. Kris was so helpful with recommendations for the area. Huge, fenced yard gets two paws up from our pups too. We will definitely be back. »

«We came into town for a few days to see the sites and visit with friends. Home was very nice and in a great location. Everything was pretty much as described in the listing. We would definitely stay here again!»

«From a well appointed kitchen equipped with cookware, utensils and appliances to a hands- on demo/walk-thru of the tv, both Carmen and Jon made our 3 week escape from Chicago a joy. The house is large, warm, sunny, and close to everything'for which Savannah is best noted.We are happy to have met them and their loverly property. »

«We had a great time in this house! Overall it was pretty clean and well-kept. My only complaint was there was a mouse and also some stains on our bed sheets. It was nice to be so close to the beach. I love all the different spots in and outside the house where we could just sit and hang out. I would stay here again! If you plan to stay here I just recommend keeping your food locked away because our little friend helped themself to our bagels.»

«Super cute place to get away! Being just a short walk from the beach meant being able to watch the sunrise across the water. The main cottage is quite small, so don't pack a lot of stuff! However, the quaintness makes up it! The separate bedroom was a perfect oasis away from the kids, while being close enough to not be removed. We had a mishap with a lock, but management was super responsive and had the situation resolved in no time. The kitchen came super stocked with everything needed to ...

«We had 11 teen Girl Scouts and 2 leaders for a 4-night stay. It was perfect for our group — plenty of room, plenty of bathrooms, plenty of dishes. Easy access to the beach, easy to get on the road into Savannah. It was very clean and well-appointed. Also, we needed to change our dates (our spring break changed) shortly after booking and the hosts were very easy to work with to make that change. »

«My husband and i had a great stay for his 40th birthday. The property manager let us check in early which is a huge perk if youve flown in. Its within walking distance to everything in downtown hisrotic savannah but on a quiet street.we did have a plumbing issue during our stay but the property manager responded right away and handled the issue to our satisfaction. Even with this, id stay there again. »

«We have stayed three times total over the past six or seven years. Always clean and comfortable. Lovely neighborhood, fenced yard for the dog and very close to the village. A quick hop to Jekyll for a day trip. Totally a great place! Highly recommended!»

«I'll start by saying that I booked this property because it had a 10/10 rating.The house was great.The neighborhood was great.The location was great.But it was not clean. I was pulling dishes out of the cabinet that had food on them. Greasy fingerprints, what appeared to be egg on a plate, etc. I had to wipe cown the kitchen counters because there was still food residue and something like salt on areas of the counters and dining table. There was a cupcake wrapper behind one of the bedroom ...

«It served it’s purpose. I had to message for our check in information, we had to make one bed up, the sheet/cover was only left folded on top of the bed… only a flat sheet at that, they forgot the fitted sheet. The towels had stains, and the showers hot water only worked half the time(but the sink always had hot water, not sure what was up with that). Otherwise it was a good stay! »

«The units are owned by separate owners but managed by the resort, so the particular furnishings of each unit may vary depending on owner. Ours had a pull out couch which we requested. The front desk was attentive and there was coffee in the morning. One thing that could have been better about our particular unit is that there was no counter in the bathroom whatsoever, we had to put our cooler in there to have a place to set anything. The best thing about this place was the proximity of driftwood ...
