«The room that I was originally allocated opened out to a number of aircon units, which were noisy with the balcony door open. I found this considerably challenging and upsetting, so raised my concerns with the reception staff. The manager appreciated my issues with the room, and was kind enough to move me to a nicer room, which I was very happy with. 10/10 for the service I received. »

«Very clean and safe neighbourhood. Located next to a beautiful stretch of beach. Walking distance to town.»

«It was accessible to the yacht club and the town. Very clean and unobtrusive. Typically with motels parking is out the front of your room so a bit of noise from those leaving early. Cannot open shutters as residents can see in. Having said that, I will be definitely be booking again because the pros far outweighed the cons. »

«First of all, let me say that the room and bathroom were very comfortable. A few minor points to note: 1. One of the fitted sheets had holes in it. 2. If housekeeping insist on leaving the electric blankets on the bed, make sure the controls are on the side, not in the middle. I had to remake the single bed before I could use it. 3. Only one pat of butter left for our breakfast, but lots of other jams, etc. Need more in the fridge. 4. Very dusty wooden Venetian blinds in the room and ...

«Really happy with the accommodation. Spacious apartment, however the bathroom was very small. Very clean and comfortable. Air con both up and downstairs. Great location, so close to everything. Definitely be staying again next time we are in Busselton.»
