«Very nice house. For our needs for the weekend well. My only complaint is that the kitchen pots, pans, sheet pans, and cooking utensils were a little lacking. We made it work but if I had known ahead of time I would brought a sheet pan of my own. The house only had salt and pepper. No cooking oils or standard stock spices. We made it work and bought what we needed. Overall great house and would stay again if in the area.»

«This was a well appointed and cute home. It was very comfortable for the 4 of us, and we loved the back porch. It was close to Joplin but in a safe area with lovely homes. We enjoyed our stay and will be using this home again when we visit our son!»

«This house had everything you need! Great location, lovely setting, close to stores, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture and beds, nice and peaceful backyard deck with large table and chairs, amazing jacuzzi and more. We were there for a graduation and had so many events to attend. Wish we had more time there.»

«Great home for our family. Two master bedrooms was very nice. Lofts for teenagers work well. Location was convenient to Kansas City attractions. Mike the property owner was very responsive to any questions/needs we had. We will rent again when in Kansas City»

«Unfortunately, the purpose of our trip was to attend a funeral in Kansas. Fortunately, we found this property, which made the trip much more bearable than staying in a hotel. The house was very nice. We had no issues while we were staying there. Thank you for your hospitality.»

«Perfect place! The small details mean so much. Beds are comfy, coffee bar is stocked, snacks on the counter, and bottled water in the refrigerator, and very soft towels. Air conditioning worked awesome, which is very important in this Missouri heat and humidity. The place is super clean and beautifully decorated. Loved every detail. I will be staying again!! »

«didn't like smell, bed and lack of house keeping. Bed had animal hairs- comforters were ripped and had holes in them., every mattress needs replacing . Bathrooms needs some additional updates to toilets and flooring.As well as hot water barely came out of all bathroom faucets. Ceiling fan in main bedroom needs to be look at . Flooring in kitchen needs serious grout cleaning. Every rug needs to be discarded. Iron and ironing board in main bedroom was a joke -broke and waterstain dirty. Tv remote ...

«Front desk staff were very nice. Room was clean and suited the purpose. Coffee pot had to be moved to use due to cord not being long enough to plug into outlet. Every noise in hallway and front desk echoed and magnified down the hall and into the room. Not the quietest or best place in Leavenworth but served its purpose and was clean.»
