«We were visiting Paarl as we have family here. We are from Florida, US. The house at Boschenmeer was perfect for us. The family came over for several dinners and they really enjoyed the outdoor area. South African hubby was a bit challenged with the wood braai after using gas grill in US for years, but he had a great time cooking steaks, snoek, trout and more for them. Directions/instructions on how to get there (what the actual address is) could be improved, as we originally tried to check in to the apartments near Motherdough. Additionally, there was a very off-putting smell coming from under the kitchen sink that we could not find a source for. Overall, a good stay.»

«Das Haus ist wirklich ganz toll und ganz neu. Die Betreuung durch Miriam war erstklassig. Wenn etwas was war (zum Glück gab es fast nichts) dann war sie sofort da und ansprechbar. Der Blick von der Terrasse und dem Wohnzimmer war grandios. Das Haus war hell und sehr schön eingerichtet. Auf der Wunschliste stünden noch Klimaanlagen für die beiden normalen Schlafräume. Aber vermutlich geht das bei der Stromsituation nicht. Von den vielen Stromausfällen haben wir praktisch nichts gemerkt, dank ...

«A whole house with all the trimmings, amenities and warm South African welcome of the owner. The fridge contained complimentary butter, home made jam, bottle of wine and farm fresh milk. There were home made rusks and scrunchies. There was complimentary spices to use as well as olive oil etc etc. We were given two dishwashing pods and laundry detergent to use. I've never stayed in a place that is so well equipped. The owners friendliness further enhanced our stay. »

«This trip was rescheduled from last year. Condo is spotlessly clean. Condo is managed by Megan who is instantly responsive. You communicate using whatsapp and she responds almost instantly. Walking distance to woolworths for essential groceries! Superb base for exploring west cape wine country. Great for 2 couples or a family of 4.»

«The facilities at this property were very minimal for what is offered as a furnished holiday let. A salt and pepper set would have been nice. We had flat 2 which is not air conditioned but an air-conditioning unit outside our suite was noisy and disturbing.»

«Our stay at Sanddrif was great. Wonderful beds, coffee machines in the rooms, beautiful gardens, and close to some gorgeous wine estates. Ben was a great host. Very accommodating. Agreed to change our dates etc... We will definitely go back when we head in the direction of Cape Town.»
