«The house is located so close to the Weeki Wachee River you can see it from the deck!!! We really loved our stay there! My grandson enjoyed fishing from the deck. We kayaked with dolphins and the baby played with the strings on the front of our kayaks!!! We also had a Momma and baby manatees come up to the deck!! It’s truly the best place and we really enjoyed it!!»

«What a great cottage for our water adventures! Made me smile right away given the happy decor, well supplied kitchens, laundry and perfect dock for our flats boat and kayaks! And even a great hose there for clean up ( ie scallops) . Another plus is there are Boat launches within a block . Bed was so comfortable and the living room TV great for watching the Olympics »

«Location of property is excellent. Walking distance from all points of interest. The property management company is reputable and easy to work with. I thoroughly enjoyed sitting on back deck each morning as the sun rose with a cup of coffee and book. I think the house works good for one person or a couple or a couple with children. The master bedroom is attached to the bathroom and second bedroom. Could be an awkward setup with regards to privacy. Would definitely return and recommend to others.»

«Came to Port Richey area for son’s speciality therapy. The pool was perfect for him in a quiet, non- touristy neighborhood. My flights were delayed for a day and the owner was very kind and accommodating with my change in schedule. There was one unexpected issue with the electricity going off in the kitchen but it was resolved in a good time frame and the owner came over herself to fix the problem. «Our 1st trip to the river and it did not disappoint. This house is located around the corner from a public ramp and boat rental place. In addition to kayaking, we also rented a skiff and went east up the river for the day for about $125. Tina's place is a great space for family to enjoy. The house has a fully stocked kitchen with plenty of spices. Host is very responsive as well! We hope to book again soon. »
