«Nice little house in a quiet neigborhood. The house is well equiped, very dog friendly. Nice, big yard. Easy parking, 10 minutes drive from Inverness. »

«The rental is in a very nice, private residential neighborhood. It's on the same property as the owner, Gary, who is very nice and accommodating. We were able to have our dog with us and there is a nice backyard where we could play fetch with her. The place is clean and well kept. There is both a back porch and a front porch to sit out on. »

«The house is located so close to the Weeki Wachee River you can see it from the deck!!! We really loved our stay there! My grandson enjoyed fishing from the deck. We kayaked with dolphins and the baby played with the strings on the front of our kayaks!!! We also had a Momma and baby manatees come up to the deck!! It’s truly the best place and we really enjoyed it!!»

«This place was beyond our expectations. This place was a delight to live I for a few days. So comfortable, great location, and the art work and unique collectibles were eye candy to us. We would definitely stay here again…it was hard to leave. »

«Came to Port Richey area for son’s speciality therapy. The pool was perfect for him in a quiet, non- touristy neighborhood. My flights were delayed for a day and the owner was very kind and accommodating with my change in schedule. There was one unexpected issue with the electricity going off in the kitchen but it was resolved in a good time frame and the owner came over herself to fix the problem. «This was the perfect place for us to enjoy some time away from the rush of everyday life. The view of the lake during the day is beautiful and the stars at night is breath taking. Our teenagers had no problem taking time away from electrinics and getting on the lake to fish or spending time playing board games and coloring on the porch. «Canoe/kayaks(ride on and ride in/paddle boat… fabulous spot for anyone to stay. Friendly owners. I wanna go again, but it has to be at least a week…. 3 days wasn’t enough for us. Lovely grounds.. house is cute. Big fridge outside… I hope the wife emptied it. 5 outta 5….10 outta 10.»

«This place is a prime spot for swimming and kayaking. Plenty of space in this home for up to 8-10 people. I loved the area. Quiet and nature in abundance.
