«We were very pleased with our stay during the Thanksgiving holiday as well as our daughter's 15th birthday! The unit had everything that you could imagine from an immense movie library to board games. The only thing that I might mention is that the unit needs a severe deep clean.»

«We decided last minute to take a short trip to the Outer Banks. Rick was very responsive and communicative. And the condo is a wonderful location with easy beach access and a wonderful view. We had everything we needed during our stay. Would certainly stay again. Hopefully for longer next time.»

«The rental was small but charming. The renters hospitality was top notch. They stocked beer in fridge and put out chairs, a beach umbrella and surf boards for them to use. They even left notes on the fridge with all of their favorite places to go. The renters just thought of everything. What a wonderful experience!!!!!!!»

«Mother- daughter trip for senior week. The house was a nice, spacious, and affordable rental, nearby the town of Duck, with a 10 -15 minute walk to the beach. Check in and check out were easy. Neighborhood pool was nice with areas of sun and shade. Beach access was very private and the beach wasn't overly busy even on the weekend. «My husband, daughter and myself stayed this past weekend and it was just what we needed. Condo had the perfect amount of space and was clean. Perfect for a small family getaway, complex had a playground, pool, easy beach access, and applicable parking. Shops/ restaurants close by, and views were amazing. «The property really needs TLC.. many lightbulbs were burned out, furniture torn or soiled, broken windows with duct tape, curtain rods about to fall off……master bedroom was nice, but the mattress needed replaced. Felt like i was sleeping in a hole. The walk to the beach was short and the location is perfect.. the hot tub was very nice and we enjoyed it . I would not book this house again, unless updates were made.»
