«I did not even stay at this property. Even though listing was up on expedia, as soon as I booked, the hotel sent me a message saying it is not available. I've asked for help to cancel to get my money back, they told me to contact Expedia. Fair enough, I've contacted expedia explained the situation. Expedia said they could not contact the hotel and did not refund my money. A service I didn't even use!! Hotel didn't move a finger to help. «New staff from last year. We recognized only two - front desk and massuse (sp?). Food was excellent, but very slow. 90 minute wait for lunch special. Two hours at one dinner and still waiting for main course. Sailboat broken and paddle boards broken by bartenders who should not have been using. Our room had a broken door. «Amazing hotel, kids friendly, clean, staff was amazing and especially Doudeline, she served us at Almond Tree restaurant and by the pool a few days, went up and beyond anything expected, incredible customer service, amazing with our kid, just her alone make us want to come back to this resort. Cannot say enough of her excellent and amazong service, top notch, 12 out of 10 stars because of her! »

«Great location offering stunning views of Grace Bay and easy beach access. We enjoyed using the resort bikes and the afternoon sailing on the Lady Grace. Restaurants were on the pricey side but overall quality of the food was very good. Outdoor bar was a nice place to hangout. Had an interesting cocktail list.»

«Lugar extremamente novo. Inaugurado há apenas 2 meses. Tudo com muito bom gosto e pessoas sempre prontas a ajudar e servir. O lugar é extraordinário mas fica longe de tudo e os táxis são muito caros e cobram por pessoa e não por distância. Optamos por alugar um barco, fazer uma boa compra de supermercado, cozinhar em 2 noites e nas outras, comer no hotel. Local ideal para descansar. Praia maravilhosa. »

«"Best buy" in turks and Caicos. Compared to what other hotels can offer this is a nice hotel where you get what you pay for and not for the stuff you anyways won't use. Short way to the beautifull beach, next door to the biggest Gourmet Supermarked on the island. Allways friendly and helpfull employes.»

«Loved every moment of our stay at Point Grace! All of the staff, especially Cosmey at the bar and Raynard at the beach were fabulous! I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Loved the location, little touches (sorbet/ice cream brought to the beach and pool/manager happy hour) and the fact that this is a boutique property with all of the amenities (and more) of a larger hotel!»

«Wish I could give 5/5 stars but I can due to some customer service issues. Sabine was terribly rude and should not be in customer service. Literally rolled her eyes in my face, I will be emailing the property separately. Whitney wasn’t as bad but she also really needs some customer service training. Besides that and the room issue with a broken fridge, non working lamps, and non working lock everything was great. The manager Arianna was great and upgraded us rooms after the room dilemma. ...
