«From the outside this accommodation does not look promising- a ground floor property in a block of council flats, the shared hallway is pretty bleak. But the flat itself was fine, a bit basic but it had everything we needed, nice and clean, plenty of towels, quiet despite being next to a busy road. Parking was difficult - in theory there is on street parking but there is a Vehicle Hire/Garage business next door so all the parking spaces are taken up by their vehicles. «Great location in centre of Helensburgh. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The one negative was actually finding it. »

«The property was clean and tidy. We were met on time by property manager. Central heating was easy to switch on and kept flat cosy. We turned off bedroom heater as there was no window on bedroom. We kept front windows in kitchen and living room open all week to get some air flow in flat. Lovely flat walks within 50yards of property and shops also very close.»

«The property is in an ideal location for quick seashore access. Good location to visit Glasgow with family, while you enjoy the location of your stay as well»

«Don't be put off any the tired exterior of Grove House. The apartment is well presented, well equipped though you must be prepared to climb 38 steps to get to this attic location. The upside is breathtaking views of the sea. Low star for communication is that although owner lives in ground floor there is no attempt to make personal contact. Odd.»

«Great location for ferry and amenities in Rothesay. Extremely comfortable accommodation. The island is beautiful and the people warm and welcoming. Would dispute on street parking outside flat ad we got a £50 ticket.»

«Everything was great except the listing says it has a hot tub as an amenity, and I expected like an outdoor hot tub Jacuzzi, but there was none. Other than that everything was great, easy to find, easy to get to town, lots of room.»

«There was nothing not to like about the flat. It was very reasonably priced, had a lovely view of the water and Arran, it is central enough and on the second floor. It was very clean. The only thing it lacked was a dishwasher but that’s not a big deal when there are only two of you. »
