«The house could not have been cleaner.The kitchen had everything you would need. The house is located just outside of town it was very convenient. We all were very happy with this home.»

«My wife and I were in town for our son’s family weekend. The apartment was perfect for our needs. Short walk to Ithaca Commons. A few minutes to campus. Very happy with our stay. Top notch management with excellent communication. »

«Very comfortable basement apartment with full bath, queen bed, mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine, couch, etc. We had our own separate entrance and daylight windows with lots of light. The bed was comfortable and we had great communication with the owner. Conveniently located in Victor, which worked well for us in town for a Victor/Mendon wedding.»

«My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property, and I can honestly say it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The house was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. «Home was just as described/pictured. Clean, well appointed, everything like new. Host was timely and communicative. Important to note: the sleeping arrangement in the living room is an air mattress (provided) not a pullout. Also, we found ourselves without a wine key. I guess it is always best to pack your own :)»

«EVERYTHING as described and more. Place was so clean you'd of thought we were the first guests. Hosts were very accessible via text during our stay. The construction of this tree house is amazing and detailed. The ability to sit at a fire even during rain was a plus and complete with barn owls calling in the distance at night. Minutes away from a small town with a great breakfast diner, but completely secluded in the woods. We just can't say enough about how cool this place is.»
