Welcome to one of Estes Park’s best properties. Arrowhead West is sure to please the most discriminating guests. Located in a quiet neighborhood not too far from the Fall River Entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park this home away from home is the perfect place to enjoy Estes Park.
Upon entering this masterpiece you will be greeted by the soaring ceilings, with impressive wood beams, and floor to ceiling stone gas fireplace. The space is warm and inviting and is highlighted by the wood floors beautiful leather sectional sofa. There is a 58″ smart TV with YouTube TV mounted to the stone fireplace. The kitchen is just as impressive as the rest of the great room. The kitchen is large and has plenty of room for multiple cooks. The counter-tops are granite, the appliances are all top-of-the-line stainless steel Jenn-Air including a 6 burner stove-top, convection oven, dishwasher, drawer microwave, and French door refrigerator. The dining room features a rustic wood table that seats 6 with room to expand to 8 guests.
Down the hall is the spacious master bedroom. This escape has plenty of natural light, a King bed with rustic wood bed frame, ceiling fan, cool elk antler lamps, and 50″ wall-mounted smart TV with YouTube TV, and DVD player. The master bathroom is a spa-like retreat with a large soaking tub, oversized shower, and double sinks with custom tile throughout.
On the opposite side of the kitchen from the Master bedroom is the large laundry/mudroom. There are windows letting in lots of light, a front-loading washer and dryer, custom floor tile, and a half bathroom.
Up the impressive staircase are two more bedrooms and a full bathroom, separated by a walkway that overlooks the great room below. Each of the upper bedrooms has a Queen bed.
