«This is a lovely house in a great location with wonderful views over the cliffs and the sea. Quiet hamlet but good places nearby for shopping, lunches out, alternative bays for swimming. Walks from the door and other locations. Very nicely designed and equipped house. Suits group of friends, with indoor and rooftop places to chill and admire the view. Likely also good for a family. Owners are lovely and always very helpful»

«We had a lovely stay at the Big Barn. Communication was exemplary, Jenny was very helpful and friendly, and the house itself is beautiful. We were there for new years - three families and adults and kids all loved it. The kitchen is great for cooking and very well equipped and the living area has a stunning fireplace - very cosy. The surrounding area is beautiful with beaches, great walks and pubs all nearby.»

«We had a perfect calm, quiet and much needed break after a busy christmas period. The house is beautiful, watching the ebb and flow of the tide on the Dart was just the tonic we needed. It's also perfect for kids, the pool was (obviously!) great entertainment for them, as was the separate playroom, which had lots of toys from the residents that were available to use. The village of Dittisham is lovely, the Ferry boat pub a nice meandering walk through the village, with the closer pub doubling up ...

«Perfect property for our family holiday. Ideal size and didn't feel like we were ever ontop of each other, apart from maybe in the kitchen. The walk up amd down the hill was a but much for both mithers in their 70's. »

«What can we say other than “absolutely fabulous “. The house is amazing with beautiful views and facilities. Every bedroom is a good size so no one felt disadvantaged . The pool is perfect and beautifully warm . A big advantage is the local pub where we enjoyed a wonderful Sunday Roast . We felt very privileged to stay here and will visit again .»

«We spent our honeymoon in this beautiful place the barn was lovely with everything we could have wished for and a beautiful secluded garden which our dog Bella loved. We had a great time exploring Dartmoor which was helped by the gorgeous weather.»

«Property has a great location and fantastic views. A particular feature was the sitting room with large sash window. Inside property a little tired and would have benefited from an extra bathroom given it can sleep 10. We enjoyed our stay.»

«Great for family gatherings or parties. The Cinema, pool room and hot tub were a great addition to the villa. Rooms are nicely done, the kitchen and diner are just perfect.»

«The property was lovely - clean and spacious. Very nicely maintained with some fun wall decor throughout the house. Access was a little challenging up a spiral staircase although this was clearly stated at booking. Due to this, not advisable for elderly/frail people.»

«We picked it because of the views and we were not disappointed. Just fabulous. Apartment is clean, modern and beautifully fitted out. Spent many mornings and afternoons just soaking it up on the balcony (there are zero gravity sun loungers too). It just doesn't get better than that. Note: there are several steps from the parking to the apartment - and from the apartment down to the country lane below. Not suitable for the elderly infirm. We had an elderly dog and had to carry up or down ...
