«Great location. Lovely accommodation, with all bedrooms great size, lounge large and bright, and a massive dining table. Kitchen had everything you could need, and more crocks than seen anywhere else. All very clean and tidy. A very comfortable home from home for a family holiday including toddlers and dogs. Would definitely think about going back. Our first time to the Salcombe area, which we really enjoyed, both Salcombe and the spectacular surrounding coastline and villages.»

Situated down a narrow access road, which proved difficult at times but within easy driving distance to Kingsbridge, Salcombe and Dartmouth. «There is so much that could be said about this wonderful property. The views are spectacular, the property its self is truly unique and a very special place. «What can we say other than “absolutely fabulous “. The house is amazing with beautiful views and facilities. Every bedroom is a good size so no one felt disadvantaged . The pool is perfect and beautifully warm . A big advantage is the local pub where we enjoyed a wonderful Sunday Roast . We felt very privileged to stay here and will visit again .»

«We all enjoyed the facilities especially the pool and games room. We used the tennis court and outside play areas which kept all the children big and small amused. It was very comfortable and had a great kitchen with plenty of utensils and pots and pans.»

«We had the most fantastic time, the house is just perfect, has everything you need and more, although no parking, we found it easy to unload and park the car in a back street at the top of the steps. The house is so central, that once the car is parked, you can walk everywhere or get the bus for the bus station, which we did to Dartmouth. Is this property is available you should run not walk to book it up.»
