KORT BESKRIVELSE: Denne 2000 kvm. ft. tilpasset hjem ligger opp Rock Creek Road. Du har lett tilgang til Hwy. 89 og Yellowstone National Park. Fra huset tar det bare 25 minutter å nå Nord inngangen til Yellowstone.


Soverom og bad: Dette hjemmet har tre soverom, et loft med en futon og to komplette bad. På hovednivået i hjemmet er køyesenget. Køyesenget har en full seng på bunnen og en dobbeltseng på toppen. Det er ogs���� en egen dobbeltseng slik at rommet kan sove 4. Ovenpå er hovedsoverommet med en queen size seng og tilknyttet bad og 180 graders fjellutsikt. Det er også en glidende glassdør til en privat uteplass. Badet har en vakker tur i dusjen og dobbel vask. Ovenpå er et andre soverom med en queen size seng samt en futon på loftet for å sove to flere gjester. Boligen har plass til opptil ti gjester.


KJØKKEN: Dette fullt utstyrte kjøkkenet har alt du trenger for å lage mat på gode måltider for mannskapet. I tillegg til alt kokekar og serveringsutstyr du trenger, er det en gassgrill ute for grilling.


Spisestue: Spisestuen støter opp til kjøkken og stue med høstbord som plasserer opptil ti komfortabelt.


Stue: Stuen har vakre skinnmøbler plassert rundt en gasspeis. På hjørnet av rommet er en peisovn med koselige stoler som omgir den. Det er en stor TV med satellittjeneste og en gasspeis for å varme rommet på en kjølig dag. Med dørene åpne og takvifter på, vil du nyte en fin luftstrøm gjennom hjemmet.


SETTING, ACREAGE, VISNINGER: Yellowstone Mountain Home ligger på 20 private åsside hektar over Paradise Valley. Det er noen naboer, men de er ute av syne. I tillegg grenser eiendommene til offentlige land slik at du kan vandre rett fra huset. En liten vårfôret dam på eiendommen tiltrekker dyrelivet.



Lukkeste by og flyplass: Det er omtrent en time og 15 minutter til Bozeman's Gallatin Field flyplass. Livingston ligger ca 45 minutter fra hjemmet.



AKTIVITETER I NÆRHET: I tillegg til fotturer og terrengsykling på nærliggende stier, er det fiske på Yellowstone River bare noen minutter unna, ridning, rafting, golf, Yellowstone National Park og alt som Livingston og Bozeman har å tilby. Boligeierne har også forlatt et sjenerøst bibliotek med informasjon om fotturer / fisketilgangspunkter og mange lokale turstier.

Perfect Family Retreat
Our stay in the mountain home was all that we hoped for. High in the landscape with beautiful views, secluded enough that the kids could be free to be kids without disturbing neighboring guests. The road up to the property from the highway is as rugged and winding as previous guests have stated, but well maintained. The house was cozy, clean, and well equipped with everything we needed to cook for and feed our family of 8. All appliances and entertainment features worked well, and there is a selection of movies and games for rainy days. Cell service was hit or miss (some of us could connect and some not) but this would not deter us from staying in the future. Wifi seemed reliable but we did not use it much. Bedrooms are well space for privacy, second floor features a futon and small reading nook. Public fishing access is available in several spots along the highway, and it is an easy drive to Gardiner or Emigrant for supplies, and to YNP. One note of caution: when hiking through the nearby woods, be sure to bring the bear spray that is provided by the host. We were told there is a small group that lives on this part of the mountain, although we had no encounters. This home was the perfect place for our family getaway!

The place needs work. But beautiful location
We recently stayed at this rental house in the mountains of Montana. The location is absolutely stunning, with beautiful views and a serene atmosphere. However, our stay was marred by a few significant issues. Firstly, despite paying $500 a night, there was no air conditioning, not even a window unit. In the dead of summer, this made for very uncomfortable nights. We tried opening the windows at night and closing them during the day to manage the heat, but it was still too hot to sleep well. For the price, installing at least a window unit in the bedroom seems like a basic necessity. Additionally, the TV downstairs didn't work, which was a disappointment. While the natural beauty of the location is a major draw, having a functioning TV is a reasonable expectation for a rental at this price point. There are also areas that need updating. The lamp in the master bedroom had duct tape on it, which was quite tacky and not what we expected from a high-priced rental. We truly love the location and would love to stay here again, but these issues need to be addressed. Installing air conditioning, fixing the TV, and making some updates to the furnishings would make a world of difference. Otherwise, we will probably look for another place to stay next time.

Spectacular!!
My husband and I surprised his parents with a trip to Yellowstone along with our 7 year old daughter. This place was everything we could have hoped for! Extremely spacious, clean, plenty of extras for kids such as color pencils and toys, a cooler to use. There was absolutely no cell service for AT&T and we couldn’t get the internet to work at all but that wasn’t an issue for us. The drive to and from the cabin was rough to say the least, but that is in no way a fault of the renters. It did add about 25-30 minutes from the main road to the cabin. We woke up to elk right by the house, a mule deer visited by the dining window at dinner, and we sat outside and listened to the elk bugling in the evening. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place!!

Enjoyed the home. Very secluded. Loved the views. My only issue was I have some mobility issues and choose to use the downstairs bathroom to shower. Unfortunately I fell getting into the shower because there was not a grab bar. Just a suggestion to install a grab bar.

Great location for anyone looking to explore Paradise Valley and Yellowstone NP. We were greeted by an elk herd upon arrival which set the tone for a great vacation stay.

Great place up the mountain to enjoy God's beautiful creation and the quiet. House was great but the last 2.1 miles to get to the road was a little sketchy. If you don't like windy, narrow roads, you won't like this. Highly reccommend.

Nice House Rough Road
We stayed here on a multigenerational family trip, and the house was wonderful in many ways. There was a great view and wildlife in the yard, and we appreciated the outdoor grill. The futon we needed had a broken frame that had been "fixed" with a piece of wood, but was not usable. The location is quite far up in the hills, and we may not have chosen this house if we'd known about the gnarly road to get there. We were disappointed that the internet listed was actually extremely limited and basically unusable - you definitely could not work remotely from this location. I don't mean to be super negative, because otherwise the home was cozy and a wonderful place to gather :)

Setting was beyond expectations
The property was nice and clean. All the amenities of your own home. Good Verizon cell service!! The mountain views were amazing, tucked into the side of a mountain with Elk and Mule deer everywhere! Every night and morning we had wildlife everywhere!!!! Property management was very quick to help with any concerns!

Yellowstone getaway
Absolutely gorgeous property! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was well equipped for some family meals at home, coolers for use during day trips, and bear spray! We enjoyed early morning hikes to watch the sunrise prior to venturing out for the day. I would recommend four wheel drive for the road up to the property. The few days we had rain, one of our cars struggled to make the trip up which was a little stressful. Other than that, it was absolutely perfect.

Amazing stay
We really enjoyed our time in this home. It was clean, well stocked, and had lots of extras( horse shoe, zip line, swing). The kids and adults alike enjoyed coming home after our days in the park. We will definitely be back

Great Stay
If you are looking for the opportunity for mountain home living, this property is for you. The house was clean and tucked away way up towards the mountain. To get there you go down a gravel twisty mountain road. When you arrive you hear nothing but nature. We were able to see elk and mule deer while there. We also enjoyed a short nature hike that the owner told us about. On that hike you can see the valley with the river, absolutely beautiful and breath taking. The kitchen has the supplies we needed for the week as far as pots, pans, plates etc.

Yellowstone Trip
We enjoyed staying in the cabin. It was quiet and peaceful. Pretty clean, which was nice. We loved the shower upstairs with all the jets. A little further away from Yellowstone than I expected, tho. The kids loved the rope swing and zip line. We did get to have a camp fire once and it was so enjoyable. We started a fire in the wood stove each nite which made it very cozy. The grill was in pretty bad shape so we were unable to cook up the steaks we wanted. It did cook the hotdogs and brats, tho. We had hoped to see some wildlife, but did not. There were signs elk had been around but never saw them. The mattress on the single bed down stairs did have blood stains or something when we took the sheets off when we were leaving. It was pretty gross. A mattress pad would have been nice so we didn’t have To see it.

It provided us with a cozy home to stay while exploring Yellowstone National Park. We had breakfast with deers outside the windows. At night had campfire while looking at the Milky Way! Amazing to be connected to nature.

Fantastic, secluded, clean and cozy property
We loved staying in this home! Getting up the hill off the main road was a bit of an adventure for our minivan, but we made it safely back and forth every day. The place was more secluded than we initially expected, with the most wonderful silence and the biggest, starriest night skies you can imagine. We loved that about it. The house itself is a great blend of cozy and spacious, with good public spaces and well-equipped bedrooms and bathrooms, plus lots of amenities: soft sheets, laundry and barbecuing facilities, a fire pit, bear spray and other supplies, suggestions for things to do in the area and further afield, all the kitchen stuff we needed, and more. We loved the fact that, although we had full connectivity on our phones, the WiFi was somewhat limited; it meant we and our kids spent a LOT more time exploring the immediate area, climbing around in the hills surrounding the house, and sitting out by the fire. This is a getaway in which you really, truly DO "get away." We were greeted every day by mule deer and other wildlife and the place is a great spot for exploring the northern half of Yellowstone National Park. Even the drive there from Gardiner, along the Yellowstone River, is stunning! We'd love to stay there again and are so glad we found this place. Also very thankful for how clean and stocked with towels, soap, TP, etc., the place was. Clearly it's as well managed and maintained as it is beautifully situated. We are very, very happy clients!
