«We came to the area to spend New Years Eve with our son at Southern Illinois University. The location is perfect - close enough to Carbondale for convenience, but just far enough from the city to be a comfortable, peaceful place to stay. The cabin was clean, spacious and well appointed. Being able to take our small dog with us was an added benefit.»

«The cabins are located in a very quiet, woodsy area. One fear we had was that it might smell musty. We couldn't have been more wrong. The cabin was so inviting and incredibly clean. No musty smell at all. The pictures online show the property well. But, it is even more beautiful in person. The beds were comfortable, linens and towels were high quality and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. There is a nice gas fireplace and a nice fire pit outside. I would definitely recommend ...
