Personal vehicle

In an effort to maintain a secure premise and the safety of our guests, there is a Ring doorbell on the front porch.
The camera is ONLY on the exterior of the home, there are NO cameras inside the home. This outward- facing camera is activated by motion and records both video and audio.

The water depth at the end of our dock ranges between 3ft-5ft.

The closest store is Dollar General , located 13 miles away. The closest small grocery store is 16 miles in the downtown area of Sparta. However, Instacart delivers to the property from several major grocery stores in Milledgeville! So, you never have to leave the fun! If you want to drive to Milledgeville to shop or enjoy restaurants there, you are 37 miles away (shorter by boat).

We want you to be able to relax which starts when you’re packing and loading up the SUV for your drive and we know this part can be stressful so we got you covered. We supply all the bathroom amenities (soap, body wash, conditioner, lotion), lake towels, fully loaded kitchen, Coffee Bar, and much more so you don’t have to pack it or buy it.
