«Fabulous location - near to the beach, in an area that feels safe but is a short walk to the high street and a 15 minute walk into central Brighton. Xavier was really helpful at all times. Beds were comfy and rooms spacious. Bathroom was a little ‘shabby chic’ and everything worked well, including the shower. My son loved the hidden room on the top floor!We really enjoyed our stay and it felt very homely and comfortable. »

«The house was great for our party of 2 families. We had plenty of space and the house is very well equipped. A lovely clean house and great communication with the host. We enjoyed exploring the local area and the house was located well for this. The driveway down had lots of bumps and pot holes which you need to be careful of especially in the dark but other than this wouldn’t change a thing.»

«The property really couldn’t have been any better for our weekend celebrating my sister’s hen party. The location was perfect - central, seconds from the sea and near to all of our planned activities. The communal areas were fantastic, especially the large dining area. «This property has five good sized, comfortable bedrooms. It’s a few minutes walk to the bus stop and then an easy ride into Brighton. Very attentive host. »

«The house was very clean and nicely decorated with nice touches such as outdoor fairy lights on the courtyard and tea and coffee facilities in bedrooms. Pete was very helpful, answering our queries on where was best to park and using his local knowledge to recommend places to go including a lovely brunch spot.»

«Nice, comfortable property . Car parking was very useful. The weather was atrocious so we were grateful of the living and kitchen areas. Some of the curtains, curtain rails, windows latches a little tired. but overall clean. We had to buy wine glasses which we left at the property. There was glasses just not 4 the same. «The apartments are lovely, and have everything you need; washing machine, microwave, toaster, oven etc. The only thing that would stop me coming again, is the exorbitant price charged for dogs. £20 per dog PER NIGHT! We have 2 small dogs, staying for 5 nights which would be an extra £200 on the bill! We queried it, and they reduced it to £15 per dog per night. But that is still an extra £150. En svært god opplevelse

"Hotellet var helt supert. Har aldri vært borte i mer service minded personale. Ble fulgt opp på rommet ved ankomst og de hadde alltid noen hyggelige ord når vi kom og gikk. De passet også på å informere oss om hyggelige ting som skjedde i Eastbourne mens vi var der. Rommet var veldig bra. Svært god seng og det ble satt inn nye flasker med sprudlevann og vanlig vann hver dag uten at det kostet noe ekstra. Morgenen etter ankomst spurte de om vi ønsket kjøleskap på rommet. Det var på plass da vi kom hjem etter en tur ut. Badet var stort! Det eneste som manglet der var føner, men vi hadde med egen så spurte ikke etter dette. Frokosten smakte godt. Det var varm og kald mat og litt å velge mellom, men vi savnet litt grønt som agurker, tomater og salat. "
