«My biggest complaints would be that there were dirty dishes in the cupboards so I ended up washing most of them before using them. There were several lights out or not working in the apartment. The kitchen is very small which is okay but not well pictured in the listing. No extra toilet paper just the single half roll you get when arriving. «House was beautiful! Lots of room, clean, and the owners were very responsive!! »

«Nice apartment within a larger old building. Perfect for our evening out. We did dinner at Rappahannock (2 blocks away) and a show at The National (5 or 6 blocks). And best part was the walk up pizza place across the street. We got a couple slices at 12:30 am on the way back home. No issues with this place. »

«This is a comfortable place to spend a few days in Richmond and the pictures in the listing tell the story accurately. Steps from Perly's, Stella's grocery and everything else downtown, yet feels calm and quiet in the apartment.There was a persistant acrid smell, like burnt rubber or wires in the bathroom the whole time, which would not clear even with the exhaust fan. «We loved this condo. It’s cute and cozy and just felt like home away from home. Everything we needed was there and then some. The pool was great. The neighborhood and location can’t be beat. We can’t wait to return. »

«Communication was wonderful! Responded right away to any questions/concerns we had. Size was exactly what we needed. We utilized the kitchen and washer/dryer! The apartment was clean. Bathrooms even had make-up wipes and cotton balls for use! Location was safe with parking. Very cute! We will definitely stay again!»

«We decided to stay 2 nights and explore Richmond on our way from NY to Fl. The unit was exactly as described. I thought it was going to be small, but there was plenty of room. Upstairs of a building, easy to find parking. I took advantage of the yoga studio down stairs. Pizza place right across the street and dinner options in walking distance. Comfortable bed, modern kitchen and bath. Overall a great stay.»

Several times a year, the power goes out in entire neighborhoods. «My husband and I attended a local convention at the convention center. This place was only a 5 minute walk and it had free parking. It's a loft apartment that was plenty big for us for the three nights we were there. Upon entry, it was extremely clean.
