Cozy and convenient
Stayed two nights, property is just as owner describes. Very clean, great communication ahead of our stay and owner was quick to respond to any questions. We used the game room quite a bit.

Great space to keep our teens entertained. House was well appointed and one of the cleanest vacation rentals we have stayed at. Communication from the property manager was excellent. Would stay here again if we are back in the area.

Not what expected with others rented. Bedrooms had no dressers or places to in pack. No counter in bathrooms. Kitchen smelled. Basement damp and musty. Did not know tv controllers were on window sill. Won’t be back.

Quaint and clean
We have been to Duluth many times, but we’re up this weekend for Thunderbirds airshow and did not want to stay downtown Duluth. Adorable home was perfect and met all of our needs. The hosts Very accommodating, easy to communicate with, and the home had everything we needed. All the games in the basement made it even that much more enjoyable and fun for all of us!

Family Fun
The place is located in a quiet area yet only 5 mins away from anything that you might need and only about 10 minutes from all the shops and attractions at Canal Park. We had a wonderful family weekend celebrating 2 Birthdays and our Family time craft making. We enjoyed our Thanksgiving meal with everything we needed in the kitchen. Also we all enjoyed having the Antique store right next to search for treasures. We would definitely book here again. We received a Welcome from host via text upon our arrival offering any assistance, but none was necessary as we were satisfied throughout our stay. Would recommend this place.

We had a wonderful time exploring Duluth and landing at this cozy home each evening. The home has all the amenities you would need to cook meals and enjoy fun family time in the basement. The beds were comfortable as well.

Ok place to stay
This house was pretty good, stocked well and a great game room. The cleanliness was pretty good unless you looked in the corners. It is a small house but accommodated us well! Loved the decor! My only two things that I think could improve, is there is only a urinal downstairs, which they tell you right up front! I just think it would serve everyone better with a toilet down there. Secondly, they should give full disclosure that this property sits right next to, VERY close to an antique store. It didn’t bother us at all, just think that should be out right out there. Contact from them when we arrived, during our stay, and after we left was amazing!!! All in all we enjoyed our stay here.

Wonderful stay!
The house was clean and orderly! We spent most our time out and about so we weren't able to take full enjoy the fun arcade games and pool table. Accommodations were excellent and didn't have any reason to contact the owner. Thank you for sharing your place with us and we will definitely keep in mind for future visits.

Wonderful gateway to Duluth MN & Superior WI
The property was clean and had everything we needed and beyond. We loved to watch the birds coming to our window. The owner installed plenty of bird’s feeders. My 13 yrs old loved the basement and she actually moved there on the second day. Very short distance to attractions around Lake Superior and multiple waterfalls ex. Pattinson, Amniacon where you actually can swim like in the pool

Perfect for family
What a fun find - beautiful home with all you need to relax and entertain. We dove into the arcade games, pool table, and darts in the basement, and were just minutes from pretty much everything we wanted to do. Quiet neighborhood, and the nicest antique dealer next door; my wife found some Fiestaware gems! Owners were responsive and helpful, and made sure we were set up for a perfect weekend!

Great place to stay!!
My friends and I had planned a girls trip and this place was perfect!! The place was super clean and spacious for all of us. The kitchen was well stocked with basic things we needed, also the basement was perfect for chill nights in for us to hang out. Was only a 15 minute drive to downtown Duluth, which was great for getting out. We had such a great stay, highly recommend staying here!!

Great Duluth Area Stay
We enjoyed a great stay at the Cozy Getaway near Duluth. Comfortable, clean house for our four adults and two kids to relax and take in some local winter fun. We made the most of the arcade, card games, and family room for tv and bird watching. Great place to stay and enjoy the Duluth area!
