«We loved staying at the Windsor hotel. It was a beautiful, carefully curated space that met our needs and exceeded our expectations. From the real dishes in the kitchen, to the convenience of a washer dryer, it was well stocked and beautiful. Staff was extremely helpful and responsive; they just weren’t always there which is why that’s four stars.»

«We found the Arras property last year and did another trip this Jan. The staff is always so incredibly nice and ready to assist. Hotel is well positioned to walk to lots of restaurant choices downtown. We did have some room issues this trip. The TV screen was dying and not really usable for a good portion of the stay. It took a couple calls to get it switched out so we didn't have a TV for half our stay. I was also disappointed to find the soaking tub's drain plug was broken and would not hold ...

«The AC is right in the heart of downtown Asheville, within a 3 minute walk to dozens of restaurants, and the 2 main publuc squares. Onsite parking. Hotel is newish, clean and well cared for. The rain shower is a nice touch. TV offers streaming on your own Netflix and Prime accounts. Restaurant at the top is very nice, breakfast was good. Definitely go back. »
