«We enjoyed our stay at hummingbird haven. Communication with Charlotte was quick and easy. We had no issues checking in and out. House was in a very quiet area. Windows were equipped with mosquito nets. Kitchen fully equipped. BBQ was working fine. Minor issues could be solved with the host. It was a very pleasant stay although the description of the house is a little bit misleading. «Better late than never. We stayed at this property in early July and it is a beautiful property. We had 3 families gather to celebrate a special anniversary. The kitchen is well stocked with lots of dishes, utensils, frying pans, etc. Table was big enough to have all 8 of us sitting together. Beautiful deck, sun or shade if you want. Major heat event while we were there, lots of time spent at the river. Beds were comfortable and it was nice to have lots of bathrooms with 8 in our party.  ...

«This is a nice well maintained lodge in a beautiful albeit remote location. The kitchen is well equipped and the house is thoughtfully furnished and decorated. The one thing that my family sorely missed was a washer/dryer. I think that for a house of this size in a remote location, a laundry would be a much needed addition.»

«This is a gem of a cabin. Nestled in the woods on a hill overlooking Golden, it is completely private. The stars & Milky Way at night are spectacular. The cabin is large. Two huge bedrooms plus a third room with a sofa bed. The kitchen is very complete - we even cooked a turkey dinner! Living room has a wood fireplace, big decks, comfortable chairs.
