«I grew up in a small town not far from this beautiful rental in Adel. Right off of a main highway but secluded by country surroundings. Super clean and great furnishings. My Iowa classmates meet each year and this is our favorite place to stay. You can’t ask for nicer owners or better facilities. A 10+ all the way. We will be back next year!»

«Just lost my wife to cancer and the family decided on a nice getaway. Mother in law ended up finding this place and I’m glad she did. The hospitality was amazing and the kids had a blast at the property especially the indoor pool. Everything we needed for a nice getaway was there and more as the property owner was always in contact and making sure we had what we needed at all times.»

«This home was a perfect place for our Ladies Weekend and we enjoyed it very much. Very well appointed and decorated. Loved the wrap around porch and we used it every day! Dexter has a fascinating history and is very friendly. Drew's Chocolates is an absolute must!! We would return in a heartbeat. »

«This house was perfect for our family gathering in my wife’s hometown. Plenty of room for the 8 of us to sleep, and a large dining/living room area for a family meal and space to visit. The beds were comfortable. 2 grandsons claimed the room in the basement with a couch and loveseat. This will definitely be top of our list again if we have another family gathering here. Large smart TV in the main room. Smaller TV in some of the bedrooms. Nice book collection, and some DVD’s.»

«We booked this property for a nearby family reunion. Everything was as pictured and completely met my expectations. Other family members booked 2 other VRBOs in the Adel area and ours was by far the best. The host was completely responsive and helpful. Should I need to accommodate this many people again in Adel, I wouldn’t hesitate to rebook. Thank you Ian for hosting us.»

«We stayed because property is between IA State Fair, and our extended family in Minburn. Kids/Grandkids came down from Twin Cities and we from Chicago. Adel is a nice town and property is convenient in a nice neighborhood. Home is large and comfortable, property from 1930's? All appliances and kitchen and beds were in good shape. (Appreciated the A/C)! We had to work out some issues with the owner, but she responded quickly and appropriately. We all had a great time.»

«What a BEAUTIFUL house. Incredibly clean and a nice layout. Such a great spot for family gatherings. Everyone had their own space and privacy. This house was spotless and provided all the necessities and then some...no shortage of towels, wash cloths, kitchen supplies, etc. Andy is a super host. Extremely communicative, timely and very attentive to you. When we needed help he provided it ASAP. He even asked his neighbor (who was also super nice) to come over to deliver an item we needed. ...

«This is a very well-stocked and comfortable place to stay, and the owner does a fantastic job of communicating and answering questions. My only critique is that it would be nice to have more than one key and fob so that we could leave the building in separate groups without worrying about how to get back in. Also, a remote for the garage door opener would be highly convenient but isn't strictly necessary. »
