Upon arrival we were informed that our reservation had somehow been canceled due to full capacity at the hotel by pre arrangement. Realize that glitches do sometimes occur but we had not been given prior notification of the cancellation by Expedia or by Quality Inn. It was now up to us to find new lodging and to initiate the return of our funds for the reservation with Expedia. There was a loss of communication between Quality Inn and Expedia some how resulting in the traveler holding the bag and shouldering the inconvenience. Thankfully, Expedia did resolve the issue and returned our fund very quickly.
