THE SPACE

Espadín LoHi is a curated guest experience, blending cool contemporary loft-style stays with local lifestyle, for the down-to-earth modern traveler. All of our lofts come equipped with the amenities necessary for a happy, healthy, and productive lifestyle, such as designer-grade kitchens and spacious, impeccably designed, and decorated living spaces, with floor-to-ceiling windows (hello views!) and excellent natural light (big golden hour vibes).
Located in the absolute best neighborhood of Denver, our central LoHi location allows guests to walk, or bike (self-service kiosks nearby) to anything and everything. From the Highlands Farmer's Market each Sunday to the city's best restaurants and delicious coffee shops, you will love being able to pop in and out of the hotel on the fly to explore the local vibe.
This spacious one-bedroom, one-bathroom lifestyle loft is located on the ground floor of the building and is an ADA-accessible unit. Boasting a contemporary-cool, sophisticated bohemian vibe with tall modern concrete ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling windows, this space is sure to deliver an elevated guest experience. As you step into the loft, you will be greeted by the spacious, Scandi-modern, open-concept kitchen, equipped with everything that you may need during your stay.
Kitchen amenities include:

There is seating at the kitchen counter, and additional seating for four more at the dining table, which can be found in the middle of the open-concept floor plan. The living room looks as if it was just perfectly staged for an Architectural Digest photo shoot. The natural sunlight from the floor-to-ceiling windows illuminates the texture of the Bohemian modern interiors and invites you to settle into the comfortable couch for some well-deserved, and oh-so-needed rest and relaxation. In the mood to binge-watch something excellent? You will be thrilled to find out that this smart TV comes with a fully loaded cable package, including HBO.
You will find concrete ceilings and pillars, and cozy contemporary interiors. If you overpacked for this trip, you will fit right into this room's enormous closet. The full bathroom with a roll-in shower, and luxurious bath products can be found just off of the living area. This loft is located on the ground floor and is the only unit on the property that does not have an outdoor patio. THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
Located in the absolute best neighborhood of Denver, our central LoHi location allows guests to walk, or bike (self-service kiosks nearby) to anything and everything. From the Highlands Farmer's Market each Sunday to the city's best restaurants, you will love being able to pop in and out of the hotel on the fly to explore the local vibe.
But first, coffee! Coffee shops are a-plenty in the neighborhood. with Coffee for the People being the closest and offering great breakfast burritos and bagels. Method Collective, On and Off, and Novo are all so close by and are equally as great.
Food lover? Our in-house restaurant is owned by James Beard award-winning chef, Dana Rodriguez, and offers an eclectic mix of Mexico-city-inspired cuisine.We are also surrounded by the city's best restaurants which guests have the luxury of traveling to on foot, due to our central location. Duo and Root Down for a fresh, farm-to-table dinner, Linger for eclectic tapas, Avante for an assortment of food hall-style meals, Ohana for excellent fresh poke, Rush bowls for a quick acai morning bowl, etc. Many more options can be found on our Insta account page where we have local food recommendations from our favorite Denver foodies.
Vacation Libations anyone? Zuni Street Brewery is just next door and is a very popular spot for locally brewed beers, plus they have live music in the summer! Recess, Avanti, Lady Jane, and Forest Room 5 are also great places for vacation libations. For more entertainment options, visit our IG page.
Traveling with kids? Perfect! There are many kid-friendly activities nearby! Approx 15-20 minutes away is the Denver Museum of Nature and Science which boasts epic, educational galleries and an IMAX theatre, and right next door is the Denver Zoo!
Retail Therapy: There are many rooted boutiques in the neighborhood such as Rustic Thread, Strut Boutique, Ruby Jane, and Inspyre.
Music Lover: Red Rocks Amphitheatre is just 20-30 minutes away and is known to be one of the best outdoor venues in the entire world. If you love music, or outdoor movies, we definitely suggest checking out their online schedule and purchasing tickets in advance due to strict capacity limits. *Inquire directly about limo/ party bus services.
Connect with Nature: If you're into mother nature, you will love running, walking, and biking to the many nearby parks- Sloan's Lake is the most popular, followed by Highland Park and Jefferson Park.We are a 20-30 minute drive from the foothills which offers endless options for hiking, biking, cross-country skiing, and more. This is what Colorado is known for and we hope you take advantage of being so close.
PET-FRIENDLY POLICY
We also welcome pets as part of the family, but to maintain cleanliness and comfort for all guests, we implement a pet fee of $75 per stay. Guests must notify us in advance if they plan to bring a pet, and a maximum of two pets are allowed per rental unit. Pet owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets, and adherence to pet-related house rules, such as leash requirements and waste disposal guidelines, is required. By booking with us and bringing a pet, guests agree to comply with these terms. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
PACKAGES/DELIVERIES
Please be aware that access to the mailbox is not available. Any packages delivered to a mailbox or mail room cannot be retrieved, and we cannot take responsibility for lost or undeliverable packages.
PLEASE NOTE:
*The property does not have a designated parking. Street parking is the available option.
*Check-out time is firm, with no exceptions. A charge may be applied if housekeeping is delayed due to late check-out.
*Early check-in availability cannot be confirmed until your arrival day. Bag Drop off (in the event early check-in is not available) can be arranged beginning at 12:00 pm MST but is subject to approval.
*An additional fee of $25/night will be charged for guests exceeding the number of standard occupants.
*3D Virtual Guides/Tours are not available through Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy.
