«We stayed at Saltwater over the Christmas period and was able to enjoy all that Shaldon has to offer at this time of year.Saltwater was a great property for the two of us. It is in an ideal position with its own parking (which is a must in the village), close to the centre and all the activity. It was an ideal size for us, spotlessly clean and decorated for Christmas for our arrival- which was a very nice touch.Thank you!»

«Our 2nd visit to this superb little gem, excellent location and the owners are lovely people, so quiet and peaceful at night, The bed was so comfy I could of quite easily took it home lol,We stopped just after the Christmas for NYE to avoid the fireworks as our pets hate them, will be returning in the near future »

«We had a lovely time at Seal House, the location was perfect with plenty for the children to do whilst there. The swimming pool was lovely and the house was perfect for a large family to spend quality time. Checking in was very easy with instructions given before arrival. The only thing that could have been better was the condition of the bathrooms on arrival as we had to unblock the main shower on first use. One other shower was stuck on hot as the dial not working but overal we couldnt really ...

«Perfect property for our family holiday. Ideal size and didn't feel like we were ever ontop of each other, apart from maybe in the kitchen. The walk up amd down the hill was a but much for both mithers in their 70's. »

«What can we say other than “absolutely fabulous “. The house is amazing with beautiful views and facilities. Every bedroom is a good size so no one felt disadvantaged . The pool is perfect and beautifully warm . A big advantage is the local pub where we enjoyed a wonderful Sunday Roast . We felt very privileged to stay here and will visit again .»

«We had a lovely stay at the Big Barn. Communication was exemplary, Jenny was very helpful and friendly, and the house itself is beautiful. We were there for new years - three families and adults and kids all loved it. The kitchen is great for cooking and very well equipped and the living area has a stunning fireplace - very cosy. The surrounding area is beautiful with beaches, great walks and pubs all nearby.»

«Amazing location, amazing house and huge dining table so we could all break bread together! Lovely amenities and washer and dryer were a dream. Only recommendation would be to add hairdryers (at least one) and games or books, at least playing cards. Beautiful stay and highly recommend Torquay Watersports for coastal explorer -90 min. »

«We had the most fantastic time, the house is just perfect, has everything you need and more, although no parking, we found it easy to unload and park the car in a back street at the top of the steps. The house is so central, that once the car is parked, you can walk everywhere or get the bus for the bus station, which we did to Dartmouth. Is this property is available you should run not walk to book it up.»

«Brixham is beautiful. The property has amazing views. Shower over bath, ok ISH, but the tap leaks. It also leaks in the kitchen. No recycling and the outside bin was full to the brim. We paid extra £100 for linen and was expected to strip beds on vacating. Think this is a bit much to ask when you have to vacate at 9.30am and the fact we paid extra £100 for this service. «Cottage location perfect, as close to our son’s home - enabling us to easily commute, whilst also having space. Met by local contact on arrival, who was friendly and helpful. Practical having extra downstairs bathroom and stone floor in kitchen with a toddler around!Main problem in the area is parking, but luckily we were aware of this having visited our son in Torquay. Need to be prepared though! Generally the property suited our needs on this occasion.»
