«To be fair, this is a beautiful property. The check in was horrible because the unit was not ready at 3. Horrible communication between Abraham and us made us sit in the lobby for over an hour. Unit is located in a large complex with no convenience store nearby. Only one choice for a restaurant and that was a 1 mile walk. No drinking water in unit on arrival. The host Illia would respond to all communication and set up a driver for us to and from the airport. She had a cleaner come halfway through. All of this was efficient and organized.
