«This house was very nice, as pictured or better. Clean, no issues checking in or out. Wagon was there as promised, more bikes than promised, lots of beach towels and chairs provided. The house had two wonderful outdoor second story decks with great views of the water and the ferry dock. Location was perfect, so convenient to ferry and market. Two things not great. «Quick 2-night stay, couldn’t have been more comfortable. Ocean Beach (town) has everything (one would need for a Fire Island stay), yet the house is beautifully secluded away from it all. The house is well-cared for with delightful details. The view is wonderful. We had everything we needed. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you!»

«My family and I had the pleasure of staying here during the Christmas holidays, and it was an excellent experience. We were especially grateful for the accessibility features, as my grandmother (85 years young), who uses a walker and had recently undergone surgery, was able to comfortably stay on the main floor. «The property is super clean, nice and accessible. I've stayed at many different hotels around the world and this listing is very comfortable, spacious, and clean. The bed is very comfortable, the thermostat is very professionally done. Julie even have a ironing board provided, so if you're going somewhere important, it's super convenient.»

«Its not perfect of course, but me and my friends really enjoyed it. Its close to the beach which we loved, alot of good food place close by. The house itself was decent. It was a beautiful home with a big backyard and nice size family room, but i will say bring your own pillows and blankets because they definitely didnt clean the ones they already had on the beds and the pillows were very thin like worn out. Besides that it was 8/10 experience and i will definitely come back.»

«This was a perfect home base for my short visit to Long Island! It has everything necessary, was close to so many restaurants of all types and the host provided extensive information about the area. The host was communicative and friendly. An overall great stay!»

«This house was truly exceptional—more like a mansion! It features three beautifully appointed living rooms and a special family room with a full-service bar and six stools. Every space was well-furnished, thoughtfully designed, and so clean. We’ve paid much more for rentals in the Hamptons and never experienced anything that compares to this. «We had a Fantastic time for our vacation weekend at the Crazy Coconut. The house is beautiful and everything is updated and brand new. The hosts were very friendly and so easy to communicate with. «I enjoyed everything about this property except the description stated there were 2 steps to enter property. It failed to metro the 15 stairs once you opened the door. My aunt struggled with this so be aware when booking this property if you have accessibility needs. »
