"Very lovely staff . Very good service. Difficult to remember all the names but best part of this hotel was the service and staff. Kind with kids . The pool was always warm even though outside was cold. The room and room service was perfect. When they found we had kids, they always had surprise and made gestures with towels . Very funny😍 What we didn’t like : there was a construction beside the hotel that while we were in the pool , we couldn’t relax . The location of the hotel was so far from the beach. Not friendly place for families. Later we found a park nearby which helped alot to have fun for kids at night. The pool was not deep enough for adults to swim. But it was great that it was warm. Breakfast was ok. They had many option but the bakery part was not fresh.. "

"Sen innsjekking, men resten av oppholdet var veldig bra. Alle ansatte gav virkelig uttrykk for et ønske om å bidra til at oppholdet ble bra. Husker ikke navnet på alle, men blant annet Ali og Kamran hjalp oss da vi sjekket ut midt på natta. Veldig bra treningsrom og fint å spille tennis. God mat, og variert tilbud på restaurantene. "

"При заезде с нам потребовали деньги за раннее заселение, хотя нам должны были предоставить бесплатно, тк мы VIP клиенты. С нас один работник за раннее заселение пытался взять оплату как за целый день, другой предложил пол цены, но с ним удалось сторговаться до 300 дирхам. Когда ты приезжаешь в отель и там тебя встречают «торгаши» , то впечатление об отеле соответственное. Потом нам администратор пообещал вернуть 300 дирхам, которые нас сняли за раннее заселение, но как и ожидалось до сих пор на карту ничего не поступило! А так чистые комнаты. Но очень много было недовольных туристов из-за позднего заселения. Каждый день кто-то ругался . "

"The hotel is pretty good located near to the metro where takes you anywhere you want. And top that you can walk to the JBR with 20 minutes and the area has a good view of the Sheikh Zayed road. The hotel itself offers pool which is nice to swim in and offers SPA for those who want it. And the staff are friendly and helpful. And the cleanliness is really good. If I’ll come to Dubai again. This will be my choice next time too. I give it an honest 10/10 "
