«Same experience as the above reviews. If it wasn’t that our son was in Edinburgh fringe we would never have endured the smell and dirt, there was no alternative available. After complaining we did appreciate getting a partial refund from the host. The money that was not returned was VRBO’s portion and I plan to argue for that too. «Had a friend's reunion up here and the location and house are perfect for large groups. Lovely house to relax in and only a short train ride away from central Edinburgh as well. Communications with Ferhan were seamless as were the check in and check out process with him in person. If staying up near Edinburgh would stay again! »

The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The bath and the kitchen were bright and modern. «The apartment was relatively clean and tidy. We did not get our breakfast package we pre ordered, after a couple emails and phone calls, determined was an oversite, a bit disappointed.
