«Cabin was clean with several amenities. Had a slight issue with the mini splits and their timer settings. The owner came out and got them fixed. Worked flawlessly thru the night. He did mention it had happened once or twice before and they should have them fixed now. He was more than willing to help. Enjoyed our stay. »

«We enjoyed our stay following Christmas so much! The house fit our family perfectly and it was in such a pretty area surrounded by nature, the lake and trees. We saw deer outside our door each day and we were able to wind down and relax here. The hosts take care of everything through communication directly and with notes in the cabin. We loved our stay! «All I can say is WOW! Frank and Linda are absolutely great folks and the view from the back porch was beautiful! Linda was so thoughtful and had baked muffins, cookies, and an anniversary package for us! Btw her baking skills are level 10! I very much enjoyed visiting with Frank at our check in. The proposer was PEACEFUL exactly what we were looking for. We will 100% be making a return visit to this gem in east texas. »

«It was probably the best cabin stay I ever had. I am doing cabin vacations since many years. The owner family really took care of in a very natural and warm way. The cabin was very clean and directly facing the lake. And they gave me a few of their own farmland chicken eggs. I had five wonderful days!»

«If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you. It reminded me of going to my grandmother's house in South Alabama as a kid. We had everything we needed for a base camp on our hunt, and you can enjoy the multitudes of wildlife to view around the property. The house was well appointed and maintained. »

«This is very unique property. The pictures seem like you are camping alone, but they are all together in a compound. We stayed in the Safari tent and LOVED IT! The owners are very friendly and knowledgeable of their family land. We want to come back and spend more time and cook in the community kitchen. «It was gorgeous and very calming endless outdoor adventure. My only setback was this was the first experience with solar power and it would have been helpful to have a welcome book with instructions on how to unplug the outside lights when not in use as well as a guideline on the power and how to prevent overuse and what to do when if it runs out. Outside of this I highly recommend this oasis to disconnect from technology a bit and really enjoy time with your family and embrace the gorgeous ...
