«A part of a 10 day Lebanon family trip. This hotel was over the top when it came to service and hospitality. «The property was decent. The air conditioning barely worked and being there in the August heat was very tough. The fridge barely made the water cold. We had to get our own water as the hotel did not provide any bottles. There was a kettle to make coffee but no coffee to make. Otherwise, the hotel was decent with an alright breakfast. Not sure I would stay there again though.»

«The worst experience ever! Beside the man in the reception being really kind helpful and nice towards me anything else there was the worst! I was scared as hell for my life honestly! I booked 2 nights~ but straightaway after getting there I wanted to move the same day, I was searching for hotels the last minute but couldn’t find anything much so had to stay one night there and the next day I moved anyway, could not stand being there alone as a girl. «I loved staying at Nahla's apartment. I had a rental car when I came so transportation was not an issue. However, part of their customer service is that they provide you with a phone number to call for a taxi at reasonable price. Service was excellent. Very friendly. Attentive. Clean apartment.
