«We had a great time at Beside the Point. It is a cottage not real big but big enough for us. They had everything we needed at the cottage. We dined in quick a lot and everything worked well. The view is amazing and I would have to say the private beach was the best. We love to kayak but could not go as far as we would have liked because one of the kayaks had holes. But going out kayaking was very enjoyable. We saw a ton of ocean life. Thank you for your cottage on our 40th Anniversary. »

«The house was clean inside and had plenty of dishes and pots and pans to cook and . Bedding was nice and comfortable. The beach would’ve been nice, but it was windy every day and the waves were way too high for the children to play in the water so we had to go to another beach every day in order to get in the water. I’m thinking most likely it was due to hurricane Milton going through Florida while we were there at The Dunes. The stairs going down to the beach need a little attention. There ...

«Not a walkable distance to the beach! You can drive and get there in 5 minutes not walking. Very remote area, was hard only having one car because of the remoteness of the island. House was super clean and beautiful kitchen very functional and saved money on meals by being able to cook. »

«The cottage is very comfortable and well equiped, had to be put in service just recently. Everything was great except the wifi hotspot device was not consistent. I would recomment the owner gets Starlink like other folks on the island. The electric fireplace doesn't work consistently too, it keeps shutting off every few minutes, but it was not that cold that it was a problematic.»

«Small but cute. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. Property needs maintenance. Kitchen needs more cooking supplies. Restaurants on the island are very very expensive so eating at the cottage was a must for us. And it’s not a five minute walk to the beach!»

«This is a very nice house in a good location. While it is not waterfront there is a good view of the Atlantic from the front porch and easy access to central Eleuthera - Governors Harbor, James Cistern, and many beaches on both the Atlantic and Caribbean. The house itself is spacious, modern and well-maintained. Large double doors on the front of the house provided cooling breezes both day and night. The owner was very responsive to our very few needs.»

«Peyton Place Is a good Place for a good vacation (situated in the center of eleuthera and at 4km from the supermarket). The nearest beach Is at 1/2 Min from the house and the comuncation with the owner was very good.»

«We stayed for 10 days at this beautiful cottage. Location was perfect. We saw lots of sights and spent lots of time on several different beaches. Cooked at home and also ate out for dinner. «Our little cottage getaway was just what we needed. Our hosts were exceptional - responsive, kind and generous. The cottage was very comfortable - we had everything we needed for a four-day stay on Eluethera. It was quiet and safe (after a week in Nassau). We were able to walk to Turtle Beach and many other beautiful beaches were just short drives away.Loved it - wish we could have stayed longer.»
